Normandie !!! ("Normandy" in English, but I prefer the French one)

She is swag. Even my lil bro told me that.
Normandie is that turbulent kid, a bit tall for her age, but she is actually pretty affectionate. She is a Viking and proud to be ! (technically she's not a kid since CHs age differently)
She loves using halberds and swords ; cows, milk as a part of the Milky West, especially her camembert ; sheeps and walking on the beach. She is a good friend of Ireland (provinces).
Since there is almost no information on the StateHumans/ProvinceHumans fandom, I had to improvise a lot.
