Jason's Death: Part 2: Jason Meets Charon

After rummaging through many pockets Jason finally found a couple denarii and went towards the boatman and showed him the coins. "Denarii", the boat man said. "I haven't seen these in a long time. Are you Roman, child?". "Yes sir", Jason replied. "I'm from Camp Jupiter and the son of Jupiter." "Son of Jupiter!", exclaimed the man. "Why, you must go to the Lord of the Underworld straight away! And please, call me Charon.". Charon took Jason by the arm and dragged him to the boat. Jason was kinda scared by all these wisps. But then again, he was one himself. Jason watched as a long strip of land got closer and closer. "Here's a map, child", said Charon, passing Jason a piece of yellowed paper. "Go to this black palace", said Charon pointing at a black pointy splotch on the paper. Jason thanked him and went on his way to Hades' palace
