The week began as if nothing had happened between them. Kartik and Naira did not let their weekend meeting get in the way of their work. She knows this deal is important for kartik and they are doing hard work for it.

one day she collected her papers and entered Kartik's cabin to discuss about the meeting

Hello, Kartik. She entered his room with a gentle knock

Hey, Good morning Naira come in - he welcomed

Seems like my boss is in a good mood today- she teased

yes we are doing well with the deal

he took out a small box from table drawer and gave it to her

she was astonished- What is this?

Open it

It was wrapped in glitter paper with bow on top

she unwrapped it and took the item out of the box. It was made of crystal and depicted two thunbs opposite each other wishing good luck

Woow its beautiful, but is is briken- she said

she pointed to a little dent on either side of thumbs

hah, is it visible? Becoz asked him to take out

Why did you that?she asked

He opened the drawer again. There was a red heart shaped crystal

this goes on top of thumbs- he said to her

Yes you only want friendship right?And i dont want you to get me wrong- Kartik said

She nodded. She should have felt happy but strangely she was disappointed.Now she is not in a good mood

He gave her one envelope to open it

she opened it and she was shocked to see entrance form of Dance competition

she stared at it and then to Kartik and a lone tear escaped her eye

KArtik stood up from chair and kneeled down infront of her

he hold her hands and from on ehand cupped her face

Naira you have to move forward from all of these and should persue your dream. Just because two mindless jealous fools told you something, you believed them? Believe in yourself and you also remebered what teacher said in academy when we were there

Dance is you soul Naira dont stop dancing on any account. ONe day I want to see you as a successful dancer. Naira you offered those two useless person so much power over you... you handed them the key to your happiness

Her body shivered as Kartik hit her with blocks of truth

And the worst part is you are still letting them to manipulate you.. your past dominates you

He came closer and touched her wet eyelashes

Dont waste your tears what does not matter anymore

He kissed her forehead and then eyes

His voice mesmerised her

And thats it for Naira she cried her heart out and hugged him tightly and he was trying to console her. aFTER some time she stopped

I will try- naira said

Good and I am always with you- KArtik said

NOw pack you bags and go and practice your dance tomorrow will be your selection round- he said

SHe smiled and stood up and move towards door but then she stop and turned and ran in his arms

she hugged him tightly

She asked him Will you not come with me tomorrow?

HE cupped her face and said Naira I have my imposrtant meeting tomorrow if it will end on time I will definately come

Ok she replied and left

And both have smile of satisfaction

Next day both got ready and went for their important day

They both texted All the best to each other

KArtik bagged his deal and was so happy and now he was hurrying to her

Naira gave her performance and now all the constestants are waiting for the result

they announced all the names and last name was left she was very scared and just then her name announced and she was so happy but she want KArtik should be with her but he stuck in the traffic

after some time she came out of the building she saw Kartik standing near the car

she get so excited and ran towards him and jumped on him

HE god startled but hold her in his arms and asked her about result

she smiled and hugged him more tightly

he got excited and happy tp know that she got selected he twirled her

he said I know you will get select

VIce versa she asked about the meating from him and they both are so happy they feel contented in each others arms

then they leave each other while blushing

Then KArtik said LEts celebrate your success Naira

Ours - she corrected

he smiled and the both leave for restaurant and they both celebrated that night

While returning back to their home she said Thank you KArtik because of you only I will be able to move forward. Thank you for being always with me

NAira I am always with you no matter what - he said lovingly

Then he dropped her with forehead kiss
