"Alright A-Troupe, thankyou for today. We'll see you Wednesday for the Auditions from B-Troupe" Miss Kate said making us nod
"I can't believe we are having to audition for someone so close to Nationals" Michelle groaned as we all grabbed out bags
"The disadvantage to not having any Alternates I guess" Thalia said and I nodded in agreement
"Maybe with these auditions we could get two alternates just in case?" I offered and they all nodded in agreement 

"Where are Riley and Hayden? They were here earlier?" West asked making everyone look at Michelle and I 
"not a clue" Michelle said making me chuckle
"They are probably in the music room" I said making them all nod as we head in that direction

"Come on Riley, one more timeee" I heard Hayden whine as we made our way through the corridor
"fine but you owe me a milkshake tomorrow" Riley answered
"When don't I buy you one" He chuckled before some music started
I looked at everyone else who smiled as we approached the open door
There Riley stood dancing while Hayden recorded her making a few comments here and there

"I had no idea she could dance" Thalia smiled
"she's awesome" Eldon chimed
"Is she auditioning?" West asked and I shook my head
I had only just managed to get Riley to start dancing again, I don't think competing is on her agenda just yet
"Can we ask her too?" Michelle asked
"I don't know guys" I said as the music started 

Hayden instantly scooped Riley up making her laugh before they both noticed we were there
"You are incredible!" Michelle sung as we all walked into the room
"Thanks, I mean it's not the tightest yet" She said drinking some water
"If that is what you think messy is, then you would think our routines are just terrible" Thalia smiled 
"I'm sure you guys are doing great" Hayden said as he wrapped an arm around Michelle 

"Hayden do you dance?" West asked and Hayden shrugged
"I dabble" He said making Michelle look up at him curiously
"Dabble?" she asked
"He does more then dabble, Hayden's been dancing with Nana and I since he was what? 6?" Riley asked and Hayden nodded
"something like that" Hayden said ruffling Riley's hair making her roll her eyes

"Well we are holding auditions this Wednesday if either of you are interested?" Thalia said instantly making my breath hitch. I don't want this to be something that pushes Riley away from dancing
Riley looked to Hayden who chuckled
"we'll be there" Hayden said before looking at Riley
"Right Rile?" He asked and she nodded slowly before looking at me 
"Right" She said smiling 

"You'll be given the chance to do a combo for up to a minute. We can do it so you both can dance together if you'd like?" Eldon offered and the pair nodded
"I think we've got just the combo in mind" Hayden said holding up his hand for Riley to high five. Which of course she happily did

"hey want to come with me?" I asked taking a hold of Riley's hand as we all started to disburse
"Where to?" She asked
"I don't mind" I smiled making her giggle before nodding 

Riley and I soon found ourselves just before Parkour Alley sat underneath one of the blossom trees. We were just laying around talking or sitting in a comfortable silence
"So" I said making Riley giggle again
"So" She replied looking at me
"I've done step one, what's next" I asked and she looked at me a little confused

"Step one?" She asked and I nodded
"i got you dancing again, now what shall we work towards now?" I asked making her laugh lightly 
"You're something aren't you" She asked and I nodded
"Oh yeah, I pride myself in that" I said making her roll her eyes

"well why don't we work on something for you instead?" She asked and I looked at her confused
"Like what? I'm all good remember" I said and she rolled her eyes again
"So you are telling me that there is nothing you want to change at all in your life?" She asked and I chuckled biting my lip slightly
"there is one thing" I said making her look at me with a raised brow
"Then change it? What is it?" She asked and I chuckled

As I chuckled I sat up straighter moving closer to Riley as her expression changed from curious to concerned 
I leant forwards and gently pressed my lips against her, the feeling of her smile against my lips just made it so much better 

"That, that is what I wanted to change" I said making Riley cover her face with her hands in the hope it would hide her blush but I can promise you now, she wasn't fooling anyone
