SYNPOSIS
In a world similar to the one you know, but where your friendly neighbour could be a Demonic being, or your local elected official, a blood-sucking Vampire or even a garden variety Faerie, twenty-one-year-old Ana Speckhart is left questioning her identity after her parents reveal a 'family secret' that tips her world upside down.
Attempting to come to terms with her new reality the best way a university knows how - Ana chooses escapism and hits the town with her friends. When a chance encounter leaves her entangled with someone who is also hiding part of their identity, Ana writes off the escapade as a 'one-night-stand' and moves on.
So, what is a girl to do when her world falls apart, and the only person she can lean on ends up being the subject of her casual tryst?
