"Everything seems to be going well. That doesn't mean you shouldn't take the vitamins I assigned and all, but all seems to be going well thus far." Izuku let out a small sigh, wiping the sweat from his forehead. As much as he hated admitting it, he was extremely nervous about the damage he could've done because of all the stress and the worried thoughts running through his head.
Katsuki seemed even more relieved than he did, though, which was almost cute, but most definitely reassuring.
"That's great." Izuku stated, smiling at the doctor. The doctor nodded in response.
"Do you have any questions? I'm going to give you the list of the medication you're going to need, and the dosage and all is written here, but it's common for people during their pregnancy to want to ask some questions." The doctor smirked and leaned forward, speaking quietly in a light-hearted tone. "And, I must admit, it's quite a bother to be shifting from doctor to doctor for every question, so you can just ask me and I'll try to answer."
The doctor winked, and Izuku smiled and chuckled gratefully. He did have a question, he had many questions at that, but he didn't know how he could possibly phrase them to make it sound less awkward.
"I actually have a question." Katsuki stated suddenly, surprising the omega. The doctor nodded, signalling for him to go on. "Sex during pregnancy, is that a normal thing? Like, it's fine, right?"
"Katsuki...!" Izuku grumbled under his breath, averting his eyes from his partner and the doctor. The doctor waved his hand in front of him, as if it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.
"Yes, it's alright. Some "positions" are out of the question, and you're obviously going to have to be lighter on your partner, but other than that...it's perfectly fine, and some doctors even support it. For emotional sake, I mean." Katsuki let out an intrigued huff, leaning back in his chair, clearly happy about what that meant. Izuku pursed his lips and held back a giggle from that expression.
"Any other questions?"
"Uh, yes, actually." Izuku cleared his throat, his tone more squeaky than he expected for it to come out. "Are there any...like, arcs that I need to know of? For example, there's the morning sickness first, but does anything come after that?" The doctor hummed, as if contemplating what he was saying.
"No, not really. If everything goes well, you'll simply be doing check-ups to see how you're doing and not much else. You may get cravings, and I've told you about them already, and unless it's cravings that may harm your health, you shouldn't be concerned. It's better to do what your body wants you to do instead of forcing yourself to do something else, such as eat other food or things of that sort."
"Other than that, just don't stress too much, no rough intercourse and, I shouldn't have to say it, but alcohol and cigarettes are greatly discouraged." Izuku nodded quickly, knowing all too well that those things were something he would definitely be able to manage.
That is, until Katsuki spoke up.
"What if he's constantly stressed?" Izuku frowned at the statement and was about to deny it when Katsuki raised his hand in front of his face and turned towards him, "and don't you dare deny it because I can tell how on edge you are. And I mean, always."
"Well, there's nothing you can actually do other than try and calm yourself in natural ways, such as meditating or even simply listening to music, but there is medication if this is as ongoing as you say." The doctor glanced at Izuku as if observing him for a second, and seeming to realize what Katsuki was talking about despite how still Izuku tried to stay in his seat, he once again spoke to Katsuki. "I'll write down the medication that might help with that, in case you might need it."
