After she was done teaching, she went to sit on a bench.
What if my curse will be killing people whenever I touch them? Or what if I'll spread bad luck without even doing anything? Or what if I'll injure people before I'll even get to blink? ...What did you do grandfather to make us get punished like this
"Excuse me, may I sit with you on that bench?" Said an old woman
"Sure" y/n replied
"Is something wrong Miss?" The lady asked
"Oh no nothing... my life is just... kinda messed up right now" said y/n(The old lady changes form and it turns out to be Camilo)
"Was your day any better?" Said y/n
" it sure was! I got to have seconds for breakfast and I managed to prank the town Priest" said Camilo
"Wait WHAT?!" Y/n yelled and she turned around, shocked to see Camilo"So we meet again! What a coincidence!" Said Camilo
Y/n rolls her eyes
"I have an idea....do you trust me?" He got up and asked me this question. He held out his hand for y/n and told her to close her eyes. It's a strange request, especially from a stranger you met that exact same day, but somehow I could just feel my heart whisper me that he was a good one.
"Open them now" said Camilo
As y/n slowly took her hands off her eyes, an an incredibly unbelievable sunset appeared in front of her. Was it already that late? They both laid down on the soft, tickling grass as the sun started fading into the dark. Slowly, the stars started popping out of the sky, one after the other. Then the glowing light of a bright star reflected into y/n eyes.
The sparkly reflection in her eyes was as bright as the vividly dazzling moon hung up in the sky.
Without noticing, the endearing shapeshifter started staring at the most precious star of all, the one that fell from the sky, the one that had her eyes glued to the blue.
Prince Charming stretched his arms, wrapping them around y/n. They both blushed but it wasn't as awkward as they thought it would've been. But then something came to Camilo's mind. Something that kept bothering him.
"I don't want to ruin the mood but... it'll be just a quick thing" said Camilo
"What is it?" Replied y/n
"Why were you so upset this afternoon?" Asked Camilo...
"OH NO, IM LATE" Yelled y/n, she ran down from the hill waving a goodbye at Camilo. She had completely forgotten about the curse!
She went home, up to her room and then opened up an ancient book with the instructions she needed. She went to page 106 and started reading aloud strange words. One after the other as the wind started shoving her hair to her face. She repeated the same words again and again until her eyes started to glow a neon shade of red. It was happening.
(If she didn't follow the instructions, she would've been given 2 curses)
Meanwhile, Camilo on the other hand was still on the hill, feeling sad that his first hangout with y/n ended up so soon.
As he got up to leave, he realised that y/n had lost her hair clip. That was the perfect excuse to see her once again. He clipped it to his hair and rushed home with the sudden urge of finding his older sister, Dolores. He asks her whether she knew where y/n went or where she lived but she didn't know anything.
The disappointment on the boy's face was awful. That night, he couldn't stop thinking of y/n, so he decided That he's gonna find the puzzling girl tomorrow.
(Back to y/n)
Y/n started to hear hums. The tension she felt kept growing as she pronounced each word louder and louder. The book started lighting up itself. An inflamed circle came out of no where, she pronounced those words one more time AND-...
She was given her curse.
"How will I know what my curse is?" She thought, as tears started falling from her cheeks.
After a few minutes of crying her pain out, she went to sleep. Until she'd find out what her curse exactly consisted in, she won't go near anyone.
