(Y/n) looked at Naruto's impaled body with a hint of anger and annoyance. Not because he got hurt, but because he went out of his way to save her. 'He had one job! One!' (Y/n) thought in anger, glaring down at his body, but made sure to keep her bloodlust hidden. "Agh... (Y-Y/n)... Are you... Okay?" Naruto asked through his pain, oblivious to her glare. "I'm fine, thanks to you" (Y/n) said with a fake smile. Naruto slowly started to stand up, and grinned at her, happy he was able to protect her. "That's good... Don't worry, I'll bust us out of here" Naruto promised, despite his terrible state.

"I assume you have a plan, correct?" (Y/n) asked, slightly hoping he does make it out this time. "Yeah! I'll fake him out" Naruto explained shortly. "You've exhausted my patience," Haku said threateningly, but at this point, it's just pointless threats. Naruto yelled as a blue aura surrounded him, and he sprinted towards the opening. When Haku appeared in the mirror, in front of Naruto, he backflipped away from Haku. He then ran towards the opposite end, and Haku followed him through the mirrors.

"Naruto! Look out!" (Y/n) warned, slightly hoping that Haku kicks his ass for her. Haku did just that, he sent a barrage of needles at Naruto, that sent him to the ground. "Naruto!" (Y/n) exclaimed in mock worry, but internally, she was grinning at the sight. 'Serves him right for not following my orders' She thought maliciously.

"Your chance of escaping my House of Mirrors is zero, that is absolute," Haku said confidently. (Y/n) walked over towards Naruto, and stared down at his pathetic form. "Naruto, are you able to get up?" She asked while tilting her head to the side. Said male tried his best to get up, but he seemed to have some difficulty, most likely out of chakra to move. "You should stay down, you shouldn't be fighting anymore" (Y/n) stated, but it sounded more like an order. "I know..." Naruto tried to exclaim, but he seemed too weak to argue back.

"Stay down, you'll only get in the way"' (Y/n) ordered, now needing a new plan of action. "Looking for a counterattack? I'll save you the trouble" Haku said as he tossed needles at her. But, with a swipe of her hand, the needles broke in two before they even hit her. "What?! But how?!" Haku exclaimed in surprise, he didn't expect her to destroy the needles in one swipe.

"Sorry pretty boy, but this game is over" (Y/n) said with an apologetic smile. "(Y/n)... I know what we have to do, believe it" Naruto said as he slowly sat up, despite being ordered to stay down. "Idiot just stays down, and let me handle it" (Y/n) said through gritted teeth, her patience running thin.

Haku then reappeared within the mirrors, only this time, he'll be aiming for their vital spots. A rain of needles flew down at them, and (Y/n) easily dodged them all. When needles flew at Naruto, she swiped her hand and split them in half, making sure to avoid hitting Naruto in the process.

Haku then vanished completely, causing (Y/n) to stand still, waiting for him to reappear. "This game is no longer fun, this is just plain annoying now" (Y/n) grumbled to herself. She then heard Naruto fall backward, catching her attention. "You can't revive him, he's reached his limits" Haku explained to her.

"I know that, but, it's better if he lays down for now" (Y/n) said with a sigh. "Impressive, you've managed to dodge all of my attacks, thus far" Haku complemented while sending more needles at her. "I'll assume you're at your limit as well, so now, you're finished!" Haku exclaimed confidently.

"My limit? That's funny, it almost made me laugh" (Y/n) said mockingly, as she watched Haku appear and disappear within the mirrors. The needles were tossed right at Naruto, again, only for the needles to be swiped in half. "I really didn't want to do this, but this is getting boring" (Y/n) said with an annoyed sigh.

She then saw Haku's attention is now directed towards Naruto, slightly intriguing her. She watched as Haku jumped out of the mirror and straight for Naruto. 'As annoying as that kid is, I can't let him die this early! Maybe... I can trigger his hidden power while I'm at it' (Y/n) thought in sadistic glee, as she immediately appeared in front of Naruto, blocking Haku's attack.

Naruto shifted in his spot, and peaked behind his shoulder, only to notice that Haku is on the ground. "Pathetic, I didn't even do a strong move" (Y/n) muttered lowly. "Ah! You beat him, (Y/n)!" Naruto exclaimed happily, only to suddenly notice a bunch of needles within her body.

She turned her head to look at him, her eyes are seemingly duller than normal. "Of course I did, you underestimate me too much" (Y/n) said with a "pained" chuckle. "(Y/n)... You're hurt... Because of me..." Naruto muttered to himself, staring at her worriedly. "Idiot..." (Y/n) muttered as she allowed herself to fall over, she was quickly caught by Naruto.

"(Y/N)!" Naruto exclaimed worriedly, she slowly looked up at him. "Naruto... Don't let others keep you from your goal... I never had a dream... But... With my dying breath... Don't let your dream die..." (Y/n) muttered out, and went limp in Naruto's hold. 'I'm so going to get mocked by Sukuna later...' She thought bitterly, as she pretended to stay dead.

"Is this the first time you have seen a friend die in battle?" Haku asked bitterly, sad that he "killed" his crush. "This is part of what it means to be a ninja" Haku reasoned, mostly for himself, as he went back into his mirror. "Shut up... I... I loved you (Y/n)... And yet..." Naruto said as steam started to appear around him.

"You'll pay for this" Naruto promised, as steam covered the entire cage, when it vanished, a spiral of orange light spun around his figure. As the spiral of orange touched the ground, it cut through it, sending debris everywhere. "I'm going to kill you!" Naruto said with a distorted voice. (Y/n) felt the wrath and blood lust, now slightly wishing she could watch, but she has to continue playing dead.

Within the orange chakra, a fox face appeared at the top of it. Suddenly, all the needles popped out of Naruto's body, and all of his wounds healed instantly. When Naruto turned his attention towards Haku, (Y/n) took the chance to peek an eye open, now excited to see what happens. Soon the orange chakra vanished, and Naruto kept growling demonically, and ran toward Haku on all fours, like some rabid dog.

As Haku flew towards Naruto, (Y/n) quickly skidded in front of Haku, and made her hand into a finger gun. "Bang" (Y/n) muttered, as she pretended to shoot Haku. At first, the male thought she was playing some sort of trick before he felt his body go numb.

Without much control, his body instantly fell to the ground, now paralyzed throughout his body. With struggle, he lifted his head up and hazily looked up at (Y/n). Behind his mask, his eyes widen, as her body is now littered with needles. Unknown to him, those needles were illusions she placed, making it seem like he successfully attacked her.
