"So! Are you ready for your exam?" Satoru asked while slapping (Y/n)'s back. "Of course I am, why are you guys even here? Don't you have better things to do?" (Y/n) grumbled as she rubbed her back. "We were told that we had a mission over here, instead, we are handed pom-poms!" Nobara complained while tossing her pom-poms to the ground.

"I should've used Haku's excuse, and stayed home" Megumi grumbled, looking extremely tired, completely done with Satoru's shit. "Wait, why isn't Haku here?" (Y/n) asked, now finally realizing that Haku hadn't made an appearance yet. "Something about training too hard, I think" Yuji answered her while trying to remember the full explanation.

"Don't look now, but I think your teammate pissed off the Examiner" Nobara pointed out. Yuji and (Y/n) looked over towards Naruto, to find the Examiner behind Naruto. Naruto looked beyond scared, as his cheek bled from a warning attack. "She's creepy" Yuji whispered to the two, only to have Nobara nod in agreement.

What creeped them out further was another person appearing behind the Examiner. Their tongue stretched out, holding a kunai knife right in front of the Examiner. Yuji and Nobara had surprised, and disgusted looks, while (Y/n) had a blank poker face. "A-Are you seeing what I'm seeing?" Yuji stuttered, slightly hoping he was seeing things. "I wish I wasn't!" Nobara answered, now hiding behind Megumi, who deadpanned at the two.

(Y/n) chuckled as she watched Naruto sticking his tongue out, trying to mimic the Ninja's tongue. "Now before we begin this test, I have something to hand out to you all," the Examiner said as she took out a stack of papers. "It's just a standard consent form. Before the test, all of you are going to have to read over this form, and then sign it" the Examiner explained while slapping the paper.

"What for?" Naruto asked curiously, slightly slouching over in confusion. "Some of you may not come back from this test. And I had to get your consent to that risk. Otherwise, it would be my responsibility" the Examiner answered with a chuckle. "She's worse than Gojo" Megumi complained, with a scowl, Nobara nodded at his words, while Yuji looked confused. "I'm wounded, how could you say such things to your favorite Sensei?" Satoru complained dramatically.

"Wait, I thought you're are only Sensei?" Yuji questioned innocently, while an imaginary arrow hit Satoru's chest. "Now, I'll explain what you'll be doing on this test. Here, pass these out" the Examiner said while handing the paper to Satoru. "What?! Why me?" Satoru complained but still took the papers.

"Because, I said so, so get to it" the Examiner answered harshly, while Nobara chuckled at Satoru's misery. "Now, the first thing you need to know. Is that this test will tax every one of your survival skills" the Examiner explained while Satoru handed out the papers to the Examinees.

"First, I'll give you all a description of the terrain on the practice field. The 44th Battle Training Zone has 44 locked entrance gates. There are rivers, and a forest inside, in the center is a locked tower, located 10 kilometers from each gate. It's in this confide area that you'll undergo the survival test. The test consists of..." The Examiner trailed off as she rolled up the scroll, placing it into her coat.

"An 'anything goes' battle, to get your hands on these scrolls" the Examiner explained while holding up two scrolls. "Both of them?" Kabuto asked curiously, wanting to make sure he understood the assignment. "Yes... You'll be fighting to get both. A Heaven Scroll, and an Earth Scroll" the Examiner said while holding out the two scrolls.

It was silent, besides the occasional cawing of a bird, and Satoru's shuffling feet as he headed back to his students. "Altogether, 26 teams will be taking part in this test, so half of those teams will be going after the Heaven Scroll. And the other half will be trying to get the Earth Scroll. I'll hand over one kind of scroll to each team, and that's what you'll be fighting for" the Examiner finished explaining.
