Seven

No one's p.o.v

Na-yeon and Areum sat on the floor next to each other. They haven't said a single word to each other after the little moment between them. Not like they were awkward, even the silence was comfortable.

Na-yeon rested her head on Areum's shoulder, and intertwined their fingers together. Areum turned to the side to look at her, and a small smile appeared on her lips

"I feel so disgusted.." Na-yeon finally spoke up "Why?" Na-yeon looked up at the latter and sighed "What I did with Gyeong-su... I-I don't know what I was even thinking.... I just became too blind by all the ignorance... I feel so guilty.."

Areum put an arm around Na-yeon's shoulder and held her close, carassing her hair softly "I know what you did was very wrong.. But at least you realize your mistake... I'll take you to the others if you want? You can apologise to them" Na-yeon shook her head "They all hate me... I don't have the courage to go to them.." Areum nodded "I won't force you, I'll wait until you build up the courage"

Na-yeon stared deeply into the latter's eyes, and could see pure love and care for her "uhm, staring is rude tho" Na-yeon slightly smiled and cupped Areum's face gently, moving a lil closer "Stop being so beautiful" she mumbled before landing her soft lips on hers

It was a slow and gently kiss for a few moments, before they pulled away and Na-yeon softly smiled at Areum "Does that give you the answer of your confession?" Areum smiled back and nodded "You're cute" Na-yeon blushed at the sudden compliment

"You know.. I always wanted someone who loved me and cared for me like this.. I was tired of being lonely..." Na-yeon spoke out her feelings to Areum. Na-yeon is not really the type to express the way she feels about anything to anyone, and Areum was aware of that so she felt relieved knowing that Na-yeon is actually comfortable with her and trusts her.

" You won't have to feel the loneliness anymore" Na-yeon nodded while not looking at "but you know when I was lonely I felt.. Strong? Cause I had no weakness.. Or no one to lose..." Areum was actually surprised cause she never thought that Na-yeon can actually think so deeply

"Lee Areum.... Let's not get hurt..." Areum was taken aback and started laughing a bit and Na-yeon looked at her confusedly "And you love me back? You do know that my first name is not Lee but Jung, Its Jung Areum" Na-yeon bite her lower lip when she realised but she knew how to cover it up

"So what? You'll be Lee in the end anyways" Areum never found Na-yeon as cute as now "But you do know the whole place outside is filled with zombies, what if-" Na-yeon cut her off by putting a finger on her lips "Let's not even think about it.. I'm not planning to lose you anyhow..." Areum slightly smiled and ruffled her hai "Fine my love~"

Areum and Na-yeon were in their own heaven, while outside was pure hell, as the others made a move to reach out to Cheong-san, and they succeeded but at the cost of Nam-ra getting bitten but unlike others, her body wasn't warm and even after a while, she did not turn in a zombie. A moment came when she spaced out and later on she accepted that she wanted to bite Su-hyeok

Even after that incident, Su-hyeok did not let Nam-ra go, but instead tied their hands together cause others were scared to get hurt, so Su-hyeok told them that now if Nam-ra would turn into a zombie, she won't be able to hurt them cause he'll be able to stop her, not caring about himself getting bitten

The zombies had this unknown power, they could hear the slightest noise, and Nam-ra had that ability by now. She could hear Joon-Young's nails clicking , Dae-su's stomach growling, Hyo-ryeong's breathing and even Ji-min's heartbeat. And without them knowing, Nam-ra could hear everything Na-yeon and Areum were mumbling to each other behind that door. Nam-ra told them to leave the room, cause she felt something weird there as she wasn't aware of her ability yet.

They made a plan to create a barricade and make a lot of sounds so all the zombies would come there and they would be able to go to the rooftop. hearing that plan, Na-yeon was terrified but Areum somehow managed to calm her down

"Wae? Should we go out and help them?" Na-yeon quickly shook her head "I-I can't see so many zombies together.... It fears me out..." Areum nodded and held Na-yeon close to her

"How about we go to the rooftop later at night?" Na-yeon nodded "Let's bring some food for them... They must be very hungry.." Na-yeon said, making Areum smile

When the group started to create a lot of noice outside, tons of zombies came inside growling and it was so loud. Na-yeon held onto Areum tightly while closing her eyes" It'll be alright" Areum kept on mumbling sweet things in her ear to keep her calm and prevent her from panicking

"I'll be here with you" Areum said, and Na-yeon softly mumbled "Please be.."
