아니다 (not) is negative for 이다.
아니다 is conjugate to;

아니야 casual
아니에요 polite
아닙니다 formal

Always natin ia-attached si 이/가 sa noun.
Attached 이 pag yung noun ay nag-eend sa consonant at 가 pag nag eend sa vowel.

Example:

Casual
가방이 아니야 It is not a bag.
가방 bag
이 subject particle (which is in-add kasi yung gabang/가방 is nag-e-end sa consonant)
아니야 is not

Polite
가방이 아니에요 it is not a bag.

Formal
가방이 아닙니다 it is not a bag.

Example:

Casual
남자가 아니야 It is not a guy
남자 guy
가 subject particles (which is in-add kasi yung namja/남자 is nag-e-end sa vowel)
아니야 is not

Polite
