𝗜𝗧 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 ceased to amaze you how fast two years had already passed by in training. Everyone in the 104th had matured greatly, mentally and physically, especially you which had shocked some people. Even with only one eye, you definitely had better eyesight than nearly 84% of the cadets, as Shadis told you once. Another skill you seemed to acquire during the passing days were sharp instincts. Like Sasha, your senses got sharper, and you can seem to sense people coming near you and how many there are at the same time. Since you don't really have anything useful to use it on yet, the cadets ask you to help alert everyone when the commandant is coming near. You never failed them once, and they never failed you.

Now, the training for today was more focused on teamwork. The trainees were split into two groups. You were to make a trip to your target location and record your progress within the given time period, and the journey to the destination was about 40km.

Marco was chosen to be your group leader, while Armin was in charge of record keeping for you all. For the other group, Thomas was the group leader, and Mikasa was the record keeper. Both groups departed at the same time, and proceeded to their destination; the huge forest.

We were all told to trade information at the target and then return to camp, creating a loop. The aim of this exercise was to observe everybody's ability to sustain themselves in the time of a crisis.

Every single being in your group looked severely dehydrated, and looked like they were about to pass away at any given moment. Marco and Armin were starting to get drowsy too, but you and Eren managed to get a hold of yourselves. You couldn't really figure out how the brunette was able to hold himself the whole time and not falter even once, he was currently unreadable. He looked so focused on the mission, his bold green eyes never losing focus on the road in front of him.
