Boruto: Iwabe and Wasabi: Why Can't We Be Friends

Wasabi pov

I watch uselessly as Iwabe rushes around the small hotel room packing up our things, "Don't just stand there, Wasabi!" he exclaims. "We have to leave now."
In a blink of an eye everything is packed away and tidied then Iwabe grabs my wrist and pulls me to my shoes and I automatically put them on as he puts on his and then we rush out of the room, Iwabe leading the way. 

Iwabe looks out the nearest window then curses then suddenly drags me in the opposite direction to the nearest open window then picks me up and leaps out of the window and onto the roof of the building next to us and then I see the crowd of people growing around the hotel yelling at the doors. 

He puts me down and continues running and I chase after him, "She's a genjutsu user, a powerful one."

"A dream-based genjutsu user," I say.  

He nods, "We need to get out of here now, Ms Kurogane should be in the area by now, we just need to stay out of sight and find her."
"I don't think it'll be that easy."

We freeze as Kasumi appears in front of us, "Hello, shinobi."

I activate my cat cloak and Iwabe whips out his Jo, "Oh, I can't believe you're going so soon," Kasumi says in a patronising voice. "There is so much of Safaiagakure left to see."

"Like your prisoners that the Samurai nearly found?" I snarl.

"Wasabi," Iwabe hisses. "Don't aggravate the psycho."

"How rude," Kasumi says, suddenly three diamond tipped kunai appear in her hands and she throws them at us but Iwabe's Jo hits the floor beneath us and an earth wall is summoned in front of us but the kunai pierce making the entire wall crack but before we can react I feel the wind change behind me.

I turn to see Kasumi behind me as she grabs me then throws a kunai at Iwabe. I stare in horror as it hits his arm and blood starts pooling out. "That'll keep him preoccupied for a while."

She leaps onto Iwabe's wall and away from Iwabe and all I hear is Iwabe yell "Wasabi!" as the wall crumbles onto him.
