History: Transgender has been here for so long and it's been heavily misunderstood. The very first recorded trans woman in history was Christine Jorgensen, in which she learned of sex reassignment surgery and transitioned fully at 26 years old. There are many people in the world who have identified themselves as such but decided not to undergo transition for many reasons, from fear of discrimination to just not being able to afford the surgery. However, if you cannot be able to help them financially yourself, it is better to support them to their fullest.
