There will be plenty of times when you will not or can't eat. Even if you feel sick, do not give up on food completely. Eat what your body allows you to eat. Be warned now your taste buds will change so experiment and see what works for you. If you really have problems and find that you can barely eat at all, talk to your doctor and they can prescribe something for you. Listen to your body and it will tell you what it needs. I know a lot of food I hated started to smell good and some stuff that I used to love tasted weird, but whenever I felt so sick about the only thing that I was able to eat was pizza.
