-Do not starve ,you will gain weight back because you cant maintain

-800-1.200 cal. limit

-dont restrict too heavily! You will gain the weight back!

-DO NOT binge and puke under all circumstances

-cheat days/ meals once every two weeks

-allow small sweets to satisfy cravings and prevent binges

-smaller meals, instead of  big meals

-take your vitamins and stretch

-drink at least 1L of Water a day

-dont weigh everyday -maybe just once a week

-dont obsess over it ! Progress will come through time

-avoid sugar as much as possible

-more fat than carbs

-no snacking (if possible)

-no fried foods

-workout (dancing, youtube workouts , going on walks etc)

-allow yourself to have a rest day 


YOU WILL BE SKINNY , YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT AND BE LIKE YOUR IDOLS, YOU CAN DO IT
