1.It is very exhausting

2. it is really time consuming

3.i feel disgusting and gross after it

4.i feel like shit and weak and full of pain after it

5.i feel guilty after it

6.my cheeks and face will puff up and be swollen

7.my body will be bloated and in pain for days

8.it is expensive to buy binge foods 

9.it is draining you mentally and physically

10.i am destroying my body with it

11.i am destroying my life with it

12.I am putting myself up for dangerous health risks and diseases

13.it is not worth the guilt shame money and disgust and feeling of failure

14. you can eat some sweets and not gain weight

15.you dont have to starve even to reach 44kg 

16. you have to clean up after it because it is super gross

17.i will not lose weight but keep being in a lose gain cycle and NEVER ACHIEVE my gw like this

18. you will never lose weight like this

19. you could die from this

20. you want to have a life

21. you want to fee good in your body and clothes

22.you want to look like your idols

23. do it for your future

24. for your desire to lose weight and be skinny

25. for your life with your partner

26.for everyone that thinks you are a dissapointment because you always keep on failing again and will never reach your goal

27.for getting healthy anf find motivation in life again

28. for proving you can lose weight

29. for people to admire you

My parents used to tell me i will never lose weight, cause i lose and then gain again bc i reach a certain weight and then end up binging. I only failed 2 times in total and i will not  give up. As long as its not a week into binging again my progress is not lost. 

You can fucking do this. You got this. You will be super skinny. You will lose weight. You are strong
