"What's the spelling of presumptuous?"

Minjeong asked Jimin who's ten steps far behind. It's been almost a week since they started the tutoring session, tonight will be the last they get to study together, and every minute that passed by Jimin's getting anxious. Thoughts of many what if's are crossing her mind. Like, what if she doesn't pass? That would be a waste of Minjeong's effort

"Hey!" Minjeong snapped when Jimin seems to be deep in thoughts

"H-Huh?"

"Presumptuous,"

"Ah, P-R-E-S-U-M-P-T-U-O-U-S!"

"일부러,"

Jimin tilts her head trying to remember the English word of it

"Uhh,"

"10, 9—" Minjeong began to countdown

Jimin fidgeted as she tried so hard to remember, "일부러, 일부러" she repeated continuously

That's when her brain started working, "Right! On purpose," Her pronunciation was quite funny but Minjeong didn't mind. At least, she answered correctly

Minjeong stopped talking as soon as they stepped foot inside the school, and that's Jimin's cue to not talk to her. Minjeong has said multiple times not to conversen with her unless they're at home, and she respects that.

They both went their seperate ways and Jimin's first thought is to review at the library.

Kai, Ningning and Aeri can only peek behind a bookshelf as Jimin was too focused on reviewing and taking notes.

Jimin sat up, stretched and yawned. Feeling satisfied by her improvement.

THE NIGHT BEFORE FINALS

Minjeong placed a sheet of paper infront of Jimin. They're currently in her room, studying as usual.

"I made some sample questions. Answer them."

Jimin began to write and she was astounded, "Amazing. The answers just keep coming to me."

"Just get it done. We have other subjects to cover." said Minjeong coldly

"YES!" Jimin hyper-actively yelled

Minjeong sat beside her, reading a book as usual with a cup of coffee on her other hand. Jimin was distracted by her presence yet she try not to and just focused on the sample questions the girl gave.

Time ticks and they've been answering for two hours straight, Jimin saved the worst subject for the last, and that is Math.

Minjeong watched as Jimin struggled by the tenth question thus she decided to give a little help, she scoot closer and Jimin's breath hitched by the contact of their skin.

Yet, it seems to have no effect on Minjeong. Jimin stared at her face which is just a few inch closer to hers.

"When you apply it, this becomes four, you see? Now, what's four squared?" Minjeong stared back at her

Jimin blinked and smiled. Minjeong scoffed as she flick Jimin's head by the end of her pen.

"Pay attention!"
