The whole canteen was dumb silent making his limb taps sound louder. The screech of the door wasn't enough to grab his attention as his mind was completely occupied with unsettling thoughts

Adi left the table to place orders after Sara settled beside Arjun. A poke in his arms made him turn "Sara ma.. Epo vandha.. Inga enna panitu iruka.."

'Neenga enna panitu irukeenga' she signed while he shook his head negatively with a straight face

Being a doctor has it own number of cons and only doctors knew it. The much happiness they receive when they find themselves having a power to save lives the much they feel pain when they see people passing away within hours or minutes or even seconds of their consultation

"Nee epdi veetla irundhu vandha.. Amma Appa ku theriyuma naa veetla illanu" she sighed and nodded a 'No'

"Sorry naa kalailaye--" she came forward and hugged him before he could complete his sentence

Hug.. Hugs always had a power to heal the wounds our souls carry.. The emptiness we feel when we are hurt can be healed with a single hug.. Magical isn't it?

Though it hurt her that he masked up his emotions she did want to comfort him knowing he isn't. He snuggled into the crook of her neck sending shivers through her spine. Taking in a huge breath she caressed his back emptying the sharp pain he felt in the center of his chests

Adi who turned once to look over the duo smiled and waited for his order to be received

Arjun pulled back and straightened himself while Sara tugged her hair strand behind her ear

"Ipo andha papa va yaaruku kudukalamnu irukeenga?" Adi asked after listening to his brother
"Therla Adi.. Mithra and Vijay.. Avanga Amma Appa ku against ah love marriage panikutaangalam.. Vijay oda loss pathiye innu rendu families ku theriyadham.. Ipo Mithra.." he paused and cupped his forehead with his palms supporting his elbow on the table

"Ashramathula Home layu vida thonala" Arjun muttered while Sara's eyes glistened remembering those times when she felt orphaned, lonely and grew up insecurities that there is nobody left in her life to give her love no matter what

Arjun's thoughts were clouded with Sara's childhood. The moment he saw the baby in his arms and his dead mother lieing on the bed all he could feel was those words Sara had written in her diary.. The Loneliness and the Orphaned feel which planted numerous insecurities in her revloved around his thoughts

"Veetuku kondu poitu porumaya yosikalama?" Adi asked while Arjun and Sara nodded

Ram adjusted his glasses as he took a glance of his sons and his daughter-in-law who had a baby cradled in her arms

Prakash and Raghav peeped out and Prakash murmured "Yen da onnumey nadakala nu sonna.. Kaila kolandhayoda vandhu nikuraaynga adhukulla" scratching his head

"Amma.. Konjo ellaru settle aagureengala naa fresh up aaytu vandhu solren" Arjun whispered while his parents nodded

"Unaku enna Sara thonudhu?" Ram asked while the whole family's jaw dropped

Ever since she saw the Baby Sara's thoughts were all about how her little brother would have been if her parents had escaped from being poisoned that day

Arjun wrapped his arm around her shoulder and shook her off her thoughts

"Nee enna ma neneikure?" Ram repeated while Sara thought for a while and looked up at Arjun who smiled

"Adi.. Sara admission un collegela--"
"Potachu" Adi replied "Avanga Gold medalist nga Doctoreyyy avangaluku illadha seat ah?" Adi exclaimed

He entered into his room and latched before turning only to find Sara in her mickey mouse pyjamas and a high messy bun cleaning the baby with utmost care and he settled himself parallel to her admiring the way her reactions changed faster than her fingers

Once finished up with her work Sara looked up to find her husband having a great time admiring her. She snapped her fingers bringing him back to his senses

"Aah.. Da ba da.. Sara ma.. Addhhuu.."he forgot what he was supposed to do while Sara passed him a fake glare before pulling the feeding bottke from his hand

He tapped his nape and eyed how softly she handled the baby and fed him. That moment all he could imagine was how a family with her would be? His baby in Her arms being fed Her milk.. Bliss!

"Namma.. Bangalore porom ma" while Sara raised her head to look at Arjun who continued "Mithra oda Amma Appa Bangalore la dha irukanga nu Prakash sonnan.. Address kandupudichachu.. So.." he dragged while she nodded understandingly

Hoping for a positive awaiting life for the little baby in their thoughts Arjun and Sara dozed off

" Paathu poitu vaanga pa" Janani said placing her palms on Arjun and Sara's cheeks. Adi and Ajay placed their cases in the dicky and shut it before dusting their palms

Adi and Ajay gave a thumbs up to their brother who watched them through the mirror slowly disappearing from their sight

"Vechi thola.. Pacha pacha ya naaku varaiku varudhu.. Solla vechiradha.." Arjun hung up and took a look at Sara who cleant the room enough for them to settle and take rest

Rocking the wailing baby she entered the balcony and cooed sweet nothings while Arjun had a smile adorning his lips as he fell upon the bed only for slumber to take over him after a tiring drive from Chennai to Bangalore

'If they are not going to accept you naalu nee kavala padadha da baby.. Un akka un koodaye dha iruken..' Sara thought as she kissed the baby's forehead
