"You're saying that because you never had your wisdom tooth removed" She said and whined.

"Nayeon, you're older and you have to do it like first and I'll have mine removed maybe after a few years" I said.

"I'm only a few years older" She said.

"Still older" I said and she glared at me.

"And I went through braces" I said.

"You have no idea how painful it was for me" I said.

"Was it really painful?" She asked.

"The what?" I asked "Having braces" She said and I nodded.

"Especially when I first had it" I said

"I also had to pay if I lose a bracket" I said.

"I went broke because of that shit" I said and she laughed.

"Feeling better?" I asked and she nodded.

"Think about it. I've had braces on for years and you're only getting your tooth removed. It shouldn't hurt that much" I said.

Time skip...

Welp, I was wrong.

Nayeon was tightly clinging to me.

"Nayeon, come on" I said and tried detaching her away from me.

"Y/N, I'm scared" She said.

"Ms. Im, it wouldn't be painful" The dentist said.

"We'll add anesthesia" She said and Nayeon gasped.

"They'll use injection" She said and almost cried.

"No, they'll apply something and you won't feel anything after" I said.

"No injections involved" I said.

"Promise?" She asked and I nodded.

"We can use that with scaling or for root canals but in this case, we can't use oraqix since we are to remove her wisdom teeth" The dentist explained.

"You're lying!" Nayeon told me and slapped my arm.

"I thought they'd do the same. When I went to the dentist last time, they only applied it" I said.

"I fucking hate you" She cursed.

"Shall we start now?" The dentist asked and Nayeon sighed.

She sat on the dental chair.

"We'll get your favorite jellies after" I said.

"She can't eat those" The dentist said and laughed.

Oh, right.

"Soup, a good soup" I said "That won't fill my stomach" Nayeon complained.

"Let's worry about that later. For now, you'll have to get your teeth removed" I said.

"Do I really have to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed at once?" She asked.

"It's the best approach" The dentist said.

Nayeon looked at me and nodded.

"I can do this" She said and opened her mouth.

The dentist took out the injection.

Nayeon closed her eyes.

The dentist injected the anesthesia and Nayeon frowned.

"See, it doesn't hurt" I said.
