Y/N POV
I held Jihyo's hand and caressed it.
"I love you" I said and she smiled.
She placed her head on my shoulder.
"I love you too" She said and I kissed her crown.
"But what do you think will our fans think?" She asked.
"About what?" I asked.
"About us" She said.
"I'm afraid" She said and looked at me.
"They'll most likely react the opposite of what we want them to" I said.
"But we can't force them to be happy about our relationship" She said.
"You're happy with me, right?" I asked and she gasped.
She caressed my cheeks.
"Of course I am. You're the reason why I'm happy" She said and I smiled.
But will that be enough reason for you to stay?
"Your agency called me earlier" I said and she avoided my eyes.
"Let's not talk about it" She said.
"We have to" I said.
"It's a serious matter, Jihyo" I said.
"I don't want to lose you" She said and cried.
"You're never going to lose me" I said.
"They told me to end things with you" She said and I nodded.
"I don't want to, Y/N. I love you so" She said and sobbed in my arms.
"You're the most precious in my life" I said and teared up.
"But we knew from the start of our relationship that there will be consequences and this is one of them" I said.
"You'll stay, right?" She asked and I nodded.
"I will, will you?" I said and she nodded.
"Then we'll talk to our agencies first thing in the morning" I said.
"What if they'll-" I stopped her.
"Stop worrying about what they'll say, okay?" I said and she nodded.
"I hope you know how much you mean to me" I said.
"If we ever do break up, we'll still see each other, right?" I said.
"Y/N" She warned and I giggled.
"Sorry" I apologized.
"What if they let us choose?" She asked.
"Then we have to choose" I said.
The next day...
"You ready?" She asked and I nodded.
She held my hand and gave it a light squeeze.
"We're in this together" She said and I took a deep breath.
"Let's go?" I asked and she smiled.
We entered the building and went to the CEO's office.
"Have a seat" He said and we did.
"I'll get straight to the point" He said.
"There have been rumors going around about the two of you going out on dates" He said.
