All of the ____/ they variants mean kind of the same thing.

SHE/THEY  or THEY/SHE

If someone uses she they pronouns, this means that you would use both "she/her/hers" and "They/them/theirs" pronouns for that person.

They/she pronouns are quite similar to she/they, except you would use they wore often than she.

In a sentence it looks like this:

"I am mad at them. She promised me ice cream."

HE/THEY or THEY/HE:

If someone uses he they pronouns, this means that you would use both "he/him/his" and "They/them/theirs" pronouns for that person.

They/he pronouns are quite similar to he/they, except you would use they more often than he for that person.

In a sentence it looks like this:

"But i dont like his eyes. And i distrust their name, and i hate their haircut, he looks like a prick. (A PRICK!)"
