It is Saturday morning it's been about 3 weeks since I found out about Josie spreading those rumors and setting the fire I'm not as mad at her anymore but it still hurts. I'm getting ready to go train with dr. Saltzman Lizzie is still sleeping in the bed she looks so adorable and vulnerable I like that we've gotten so comfortable with each other I feel more comfortable with her than I do with anybody else. After about 2 hours of training I walk into the kitchen to get something to drink but Landon is there he's been trying to flirt with me and get back together for a while. So I tried to slip out of the kitchen before he saw me but too late.

Landon. Hey Hope what do you say I take you out tomorrow.

Hope. Landon I already told you no multiple times I don't have feelings for you anymore and it wouldn't be fair to either one of us if one of us is trying and the other isn't don't you think

I try my best to be polite but he's honestly annoying me I mean seriously first it's this Josie situation and then it's Landon constantly pestering me to get back together or go on a date I mean can I get a break or what. I tried to walk away but he grabs my arm I'm getting really mad and my eyes change from Blue to gold but I don't want to fight him because I don't want to get in trouble or spend my day with Lizzie's dad or Emma so I have to control myself.

Hope. Landon let go I say as calmly as I can

Landon. come on Hope give me another chance

before I could speak I hear a voice behind me and I thank my lucky stars it's Lizzie.

Lizzie. Let go of her bird brain she said no and no means no.

She pulls me closer to her as he lets go of my arm

Lizzie. if I catch you flirting with her again when she clearly rejected you then we're going to have an issue.

Landon. What's your problem so you're friends now I thought you two hated each other.

Lizzie pulls me even closer to her now I'm leaning on her and she wraps her arm around my waist

Lizzie. Well you clearly don't pay attention do you Birdbrain

almost making me laugh at what she said. She continued speaking

Lizzie. let me give you a suggestion walk away right now you just have me irritated leave before you get me angry

with that I could see the fear in his eyes as he walks away.

Lizzie. You alright princess

I snap my head up to look at her my eyes change back to their normal color I was caught off guard but at the same time it felt so right like she's called me that a thousand times. I smile at her and blush we stare into each other's eyes for a moment and I think to myself I'm definitely falling for her before she breaks the silence.

Lizzie. How about you go shower and then we can go eat and figure out what to do from there

Hope. meet you in 30 minutes.

Before leaving I give her a quick kiss on the cheek I walked in my room did I really just do that I need to tell her how I feel. We pulled up to Mystic Grill we got milkshakes ate and talked for a while I thought I saw her blush a couple times when I complimented her. We walked around town for a little bit then decided to go back we also hung around the Old Mill for a bit. I have my art supplies here as I paint Lizzie tells me how she ran into Josie before we met up and how she tried apologizing for the thousandth time I'm trying really hard to forgive her but that might not happen for a while. After a while we headed back to the school and I make dinner for the both of us we decide to go up to my room and watch movies for the rest of the evening. I don't know when I dozed off but all I remember is waking up screaming 

Lizzie. everything's okay it was just a bad dream

yeah it might have been a dream but it was terrible the  only thing I could remember was Lizzie leaving me and it was like my whole world collapsed. I'm scared but I need to tell her how I feel I didn't even realize it but I'm in her lap playing with her fingers I hear her break the silence

Lizzie. penny for your thoughts.

Still having her hand in mine

Hope. I need to tell you something promise you won't hate me again

as I look down at our fingers intertwined.

Lizzie. Look at me princess I turned to face her I promise I won't hate you again.

I take a deep breath before saying 

Hope. I like you more than just a friend when I'm with you everything just feels so right and I know it's only been 3 weeks of us beam whatever we are but I feel more for you than what I felt for anybody else.

I look down again our fingers are still intertwined but she's been quiet for awhile so I start to worry what if she doesn't like me the way I like her I feel the tip of her fingers lift up my chin to make me look at her she looks directly into my eyes and says

Lizzie. Will you be my girlfriend.

I couldn't hold back anymore I wrap my arms around her neck and break space between us once our lips meet it's pure Bliss she tastes like strawberries our kiss becomes more passionate after a while we part to get air. Our foreheads still against each other's 

Lizzie. you're my favorite person

I couldn't help but smile

Hope. you're my favorite person too
