Luna

Monday morning Luna was waiting for Reyna at their usual spot at the parking lot with a cup of coffee and a cup of hot chocolate in her hands. The days had become colder and December was just around the corner.

The heat of the drinks warmed her icy hands as she was debating on getting back in her car and waiting there instead. Considering she was shifting from one foot to the other to keep warm, she was just about to open her car when her phone rang.

Luna took it out and saw an unknown number. She bit her lip, unsure whether to pick up or not. It could be her parents calling her and she wasn't ready to talk to them yet.
She would probably not talk to them for a while. Luna was upset with them.

"Hello?" she took the call. If it was her parents, she would hang up.
There was silence on the other end of the phone and she checked the number again. It was a landline number from New York City. "Hello?" she asked again. "Who am I talking to?"
No one answered.

A car passed her and parked beside hers. It was Reyna.
"Hello?"
"Who are you talking to?" Reyna walked towards her. As always, she looked like she just walked out of a fashion magazine. She had curled her blond hair that fell down her back and her clothes emphasized her body.

"Just a prank call," Luna told her, hung up, and handed her the coffee.
"You are a blessing send by the goddess," Reyna moaned as she took a sip of the cup. Luna wrapped both her hands around her own and grinned.
"I know. I'm just amazing." The girls chuckled and started walking.

They just reached the parking entrance when another car pulled through. This time it was Lucas and Wyatt, both smiling at the girls. They waited for them to park the car beside Luna's and catch up to them.

"You look beautiful," Lucas whispered as he greeted her with a kiss.
"Thank you." She blushed. It was the outfit he had picked out for her on Saturday. She had paired the black leather skirt with some warm tights. He had picked a cute pastel pink top and a warm white cardigan to it.

"Goddess, the hormones you're spreading are stinking. Why so happy?" Wyatt asked Reyna as they started walking to the college building. Lucas had slipped his hand into Luna's, his warm skin felt amazing against hers and she wanted to lean into him to feel a little warmer.

"Nothing. I'm just happy," Reyna responded. Wyatt and Lucas didn't buy it, but Luna already knew what was going on.
"Oh, just say it. You got some good sex last night," Luna revealed. The boys started grinning.
"How did you know? You couldn't even smell it," the surprise audible in her voice.

"I'm your best friend, I know you. Also, you called me a blessing for giving you coffee in the morning. Means you were up all night exhausting yourself," Luna explained. Giving up, she leaned into Lucas, feeling his warmth instantly and sighing satisfied.
"That makes no sense," Reyna complained.

"It makes sense considering that it's always like that," Luna grinned at her. "However, usually you're annoyed because of the bad sex. Since you're with Natalie you're pretty happy."
"Not gonna lie, I am. And the sex is way better." They laughed. "As if you guys are any better."

"I'm not the one drinking coffee because I was doing it all night," Luna joked.
"What's that in your cup then?" Reyna raised an eyebrow.
"I thought I heard you two last night," Wyatt threw himself on Reyna's side.
"No, that was Asher and certainly you and Emma," Lucas picked her side.

"It's hot chocolate," Luna answered. "Because I'm freezing to death and you three pretend like it's summer." Luna rolled her eyes at them. She understood that Lucas and Wyatt's higher and Reyna's lower body temperature made them feel just fine in the cold.
