CHAPTER 8: ᴋɪss ʏᴏᴜ?

SU-HYEOK AND Y/N STAYED BY THE WINDOW WITH CHEONG-SAN EYEING THEM LIKE A HAWK-

Y/N had fallen asleep by the window sill with Su-hyeok's arm resting on top of his lap

His head leaning against the frame Su-hyeok stood there watching Cheong-san and the others, making sure no one will make a move and hurt Y/n

Y/n's hand made a small twitch which woke him up, he glanced down at his fingers and noticing how it's moving on it's own, he could feel the familiar sensation he had earlier from his eyes

Itchy and irritating, he closed his eyes hoping for it to disappear but it didn't worked, he turned to his side and all he could see was nothing but red

A sweet scent entered his nostrils, he could feel his mouth watering, he gulped before leaning closer towards the scent

His mouth opening for a bite, but before he could bite Su-hyeok Cheong-san immediately swung the lyrics stand

Su-hyeok covered Y/n with his body causing for the stand to hit his back, he groaned in pain once it made contact with him

He stared at Y/n and saw the redness from his eyes starting to disappear, he waited for a few seconds before removing the rope and darting towards Cheong-san

Y/n, feeling exhausted due to hunger he slides down the window and onto the ground

He could feel both the bite mark and the claw mark throbbing in pain as his urge to bite someone starts to build up again

He could feel someone lifting both his hand up and wrapping it around there hand, his barely opened eyes made contact with Nam-ra's

She may look stoic outside but deep down she was getting worried as Y/n's hand became colder.

“It's my fault..” Y/n muttered as he gently removed Nam-ra's hand away from his

He stood up and leaned by the window almost falling out if it weren't for Su-hyeok grabbing him by his collar

“Just..just sit down I'll handle this.” Su-hyeok mumbled as he guided Y/n towards a chair

“N-no, I tried to bite you.” Y/n blurted out making everyone's eyes widened

“He's lying-”

“I'm not.” Y/n cuts him off before he could defend him

Su-hyeok gave him a look of pure disbelief, all he wanted was for Y/n to stay with them until they escaped, losing someone who's been with him since first year would ruin him

“It's okay.” Y/n kept on repeating as he patted Su-hyeok's hand which was on top of his shoulders preventing him from standing up

“Please, just go.” Cheong-san said as he held tightly onto the lyric stand

“Cheong-san..” On-jo called out warningly while being held back by Ji-min and Hyo-ryung

Dae-su and Wu-jin just stood there watching the scene while Gyeong-Su was having second thoughts on which sides he'll take

“How about this.” Su-hyeok said loudly

He picked up the same rope him and Y/n used earlier and tied it tightly on both their wrist, he lifted their arms to show the others

“if he turns, IF, he turns I'll be the first one he'll bite not you guys.” Su-hyeok said before pulling Y/n towards a chair that was facing the window

“You don't have t-” Y/n didn't managed to finish his words when suddenly he felt his head throbbing in pain

Su-hyeok noticed his suddenly abruptness and immediately sat him down the chair before facing Cheong-san

“Please, don't do this..” Su-hyeok pleaded as his hand secretly interwined it's fingers together with Y/n's and giving it a gentle squeeze for reassurance

“If he bites you-” Cheong-san started

“He won't.” Su-hyeok finished which made the latter to scoff and walks away

Su-hyeok say beside Y/n and have him a soft smile which the other retuned, but with a tired and droopy eye smile

“You'll be fine..” Su-hyeok whispered while watching as the veins on Y/n's neck becomes visible each second

“Of course I'll be fine, I still need to protect my sister and find dad.” Y/n groggily said while looking out the window

Su-hyeok continues to stare at him, a feeling of sadness and guilt began to build up inside him

It it weren't for him Gwi-nam wouldn't be able to catch up and cause trouble, because of him Y/n was bitten.

“Sorry..” Su-hyeok said, Y/n turned to him and weakly raised his eyebrows

“What for?” he asked

“It it weren't for me you wouldn't be in this situation.” Su-hyeok mumbled while looking down at his lap, his head perked up when suddenly he heard Y/n laughing

“Be grateful I saved your ass back there rather than being sorry.” Y/n said nudging Su-hyeok on the shoulder

“Your right, if it weren't for you I wouldn't know what could have happened to me back there..” Su-hyeok said

“You saved me.” Su-hyeok said smiling which made Y/n raised an eyebrow

”You want me to kiss you or something?” Y/n asked which made Su-hyeok to widened his eyes and slap Y/n by the shoulder making him laugh

The others watched as the two laughs together, On-jo had a small smile on her.

“Come here let me smooch you” Y/n jokingly leaned forward with his lips puckered up

Su-hyeok tried to move away but fails since both of them are tied together, with him leaning to far back the chair he was sitting on flips causing for the both of them to fall

His back made contact with the cold hard floor making him hiss, he opened his eyes and felt the blood on his face drained when he saw Y/n on top of him with his eyes bloody red and letting out inhumane growls.
