One night in Beijing a man went inside to take an order, a man in blue overalls and wearing red clothes and red hat.
Chef: And what would you like to order?
Mario: I would like to buy noodles! I hear they're quite good here.
Chef: Well then I'll bring them right away!
Mario: Thanks!
[A few minutes later, Mario walks out and proceeds to walk out into the streets and sits on a bench eating his noodles...however a blue blur quickly passes by]
Mario: What was that?! Hello? Is anyone here?
[The blue blur now ran at the back of Mario]
Mario: ? (turns around) !
[It was revealed to be Sonic]
Sonic: Well hello, Mario.
Mario: I didn't actually think you'd come here tonight.
Sonic: I should've know you would be here.
Mario: You got any speed Sonic? Or are you all blue?
Sonic: Umm..that's my colour, unless your referring to sadness.
Mario: Which I'm about to make you feel!
Sonic: Hey is that dirt on your moustache?
Mario: Oh? (Wipes his moustache)
(Sonic Spin dashes at Mario)
Sonic: What did you think of that?
Mario: ....let's a dance!
[Mario summons a fireball and throws it at Sonic]
Sonic: (runs passed it straight away) Oops! You missed!
[Sonic spin dashes at Mario launching him into a wall. He gets back up and tries to punch Sonic and hit him in the groin. Sonic grabs Mario and throws him up in the air but Mario does something....he ground pounds at Sonic putting him into the earth]
Mario: See, I told you I'd make you bl-
[suddenly the ground shakes]
Mario: What the...
[Sonic bursts out of the ground and lands on his feet]
Sonic: Oh! And how can I forget my little friends?
[Sonic reveals the Chaos Emeralds and turns into Super Sonic and spin dashes at Mario as they both crash into a building]
Sonic: @M@ Uhhh...
Mario: (gets up and makes a fireball appear in his hand) It's time to end this...
[Sonic noticed something on a wall]
Sonic: MARIO WAIT!!!
[But it was too late, and Mario realised what he lit the fireball near]

KABOOM!!!
[Mario and Sonic were fired out from the building via the explosion and landed on the ground looking charred]
Mario: Ow...
[The chaos emeralds also landed on Sonic]
Sonic: (gets up) Maybe that was a mistake...
Mario: (gets up) Sonic...I need to say something...all this fighting needs to stop!
Sonic: You know Mario...your right....we do need to stop...besides we just blew up a building!
Mario: Hmm.....maybe we could fight...but without violence...
Sonic: Something like competition...
[Mario and Sonic look up at a billboard "Olympics 6th November 2007]
Mario: Looks like we found our answer!
Sonic: You got that right!
[And so over the years...Mario, Sonic, their friends....and enemies participated in the Olympic Games, those challenges included; Arhcery, Swimming, Rugby, Skateboarding, Mountain Climbing, Marathons and Table Tennis. They began to get games based on those events...those were the days...but they were about to embark on their most biggest adventure yet]
