Not quite sure where this idea came from but hopefully it's good :)

~~~Hailee's Pov~~~

As I closed the front door behind me, I was welcomed by Martini jumping around at my feet "Hey, Teenie where's Y/n?" I say in a baby voice like everyone does when they talk to dogs. Obviously Martini wasn't going to tell me where Y/n was so I left my stuff at the door and headed towards mine and Y/n's shared bedroom, I could hear laughing coming from inside the room and when the laughing stopped for a brief second I could tell she was watching Modern Family. I pushed the already slightly open door and stood in the doorway

"HAILEE" Y/n jumped off the bed and ran over to me wrapping her arms around my waist, "Hey baby...what have you been doing?" I ask as I glance over to the bed she was just lying on, "Just watching Modern Family eating chocolate, what I do most days you're away" she replied smiling. When she dropped her arms from my waist she took my hand and walked me over to the bed that was covered in candy bar wrappers but I noticed this one wrapper that I'd never seen before "Y/n? What's a Mars Bar?" I asked picking one wrapper off the bed before looking up at her, "What?...You've never heard of a Mars Bar?" She looked a little annoyed but I knew she wasn't actually just shocked. "Should I know what it is?" The shocked look dropped from her face and she smiled, "No...i guess not, you can't buy them in America" I turned around to drop the wrapper into the bin as she spoke

"So...how did you get them?" I asked still a bit puzzled, "I bought a few packets when I went home to see my family" she walked around the bed with a Mars Bar in her hand, "Try it" she stuck out her hand offering the candy to me, I wasn't entirely sure what it was but I still took it from her and opened the wrapper, "Hailee...it's basically just chocolate and caramel" I'm guessing she saw the unsure look on my face as she felt the need to reassure me it wouldn't kill me. I eat a bit of the chocolate and Y/n waited to my response, "It's good...not as bad as I thought it would be" her expression wasn't happy but it wasn't disappointed either, "Not as bad as you thought it would be? Hailee it's so good!" I softly laughed at her frustration "Aw baby, I said it was good though" I said while closing the gap between us and kissing her softly on the lips

When I pulled away the pout had gone and she was smiling back at me, "Wanna finish watching the show?" I asked her motioning to the tv on the wall, "YES" she excitedly replied and with that we lay down on the bed unpausing the tv. Y/n lay her head on my chest while one of her arms were draped over my stomach holding me close, we continued to watch Modern Family for the rest of the night until Y/n eventually fell asleep and shortly after the episode finished I turned off the tv and went to sleep too
