"It's just an act, love"

The words keep going on in my head, it felt so good.. his lips on mine.. but it meant nothing to him?

I sigh laying down on my bed, Zane still hasn't spoke about it so maybe not the whole school knows? I hope..

"Jenn!" I jump at his voice, goddamnit!

"Yes?" I ask "Get downstairs" he says, I roll my eyes standing up walking down the stairs

"What?" I ask before entering the living room facing Julie standing next to Zane, oh god.

"Hey Jennifer" she smiles tilting her head to the left "Um, hey" I awkwardly smiles looking confused at Zane

"What do you want Zane?" I ask yawning, "I'm tired, talk" I mumble rubbing my eyes "I just wanted to let you know Julie's staying over" he says

Silence hit the air

I clear my throat, "Is that all?" I ask acting like I don't care "Yes, good night" he says "Night" I mutter running up the stairs

Who does she think she is? I used to like her but she can't just show up at my house whenever she wants to!

"Knock knock" I hear Julie say behind my bedroom door

"Come in" I say regretting it immediately after that as she opens my door walking in sitting down at my desk chair

"I saw you and Axel at school today" she starts

Kill me.

"I thought you said you weren't together?" she raises a eyebrow

Why does she care? "I changed my mind" I lie

"So are you and him together?" she asks, I bite my bottom lip nodding my head "Does Zane knows?" she smirks evilly "Not yet" I say "Okay, good night" she says leaving my room

The next day I'm at school now, wearing a blue shirt with ripped jeans waiting for Danielle since she said we would lunch together as I feel arms wrapping around my waist from behind me, I turn around as Axel's neck rests in my neck

"Hey to you too" I roll my eyes "Hey" he says before kissing my cheek making it go a light shade of pink

"You're blushing" he smirks

No shit sherlock.

"Thank you, didn't know that" I roll my eyes

He turns me around facing me completely now leaning against a locker next to mine running his hand through his messy dark hair "Julie was at my house again" I mutter playing with a piece of my hair

"Why?" he asks "I don't know, but she knows about the rumour we, you know.." I say quietly "And she'll maybe tell Zane" I say "So what?" he asks "I don't want to get in any problems" I say looking at the ground

"There ain't any problems, Jennifer" he lifts my chin with his hand smiling at me

"I know" I whisper "Good" he says "You going to the cafeteria?" he asks "Actually I was waiting for Danielle" I say looking if she's around "I'll text her to come to the cafeteria" I say follow him

We walk in the cafeteria with his arm wrapped around my waist, we walk to the table with his friends looking amused

"You look beautiful, gorgeous" one of his friends smirk "I- Thank you.." I blush a little "Liam" he winks while I sit down next to Axel tapping my leg as he holds my thigh stopping it

I notice Blake walking up to the table as he notices me raising a eyebrow

"Yo, Becks" he greets Axel not taking his eyes off me

I give him a 'shut up' look as the bell rings

Finally.

I walk out of the cafeteria as Blake stops me "What the fuck are you doing with Axel?" he asks "I- um.. yeah, that's a long story" I rub the back of neck "I'm not dealing with Zane if he finds out" he says as I roll my eyes walking past him to enter class

I lean down in my chair already tired of today, slowly closing my eyes "Hey" I hear Axel says as my eyes shoot open, groaning running my hands through my long blonde waves

"Jeez, are you okay?" he asks "Mhm" I hum

I notice people looking at me before whispering to each other

Axel turns my face to him as he wets his lips looking down at mine

"What?" I ask "You're so fucking hot" he whispers, I feel my cheeks burn red as I feel his cold silver ring on my neck, while his fingers are wrapped around it he kisses behind my ear down my neck

I bite my lip pushing him away "We're in class, Axel" I say as he rolls his eyes "Exactly, that's the whole point" his finger slide down your shoulder

This is just a act,

Fuck I want this to be more so bad

"Silence" the teacher says dropping his bag behind his desk

"Open your books at page 81" he starts

I groan sliding the pages tired
