it had been around 4 months after the incident, me and ollie would message each other from time to time and check up on each other
through those 4 months not much has happened, me and clay had tried to get together but broke up when we realized it was mixed feelings
currently we were just eating dinner, it was mashed potatoes and salmon, it was delicious I tried helping clay make it but I don't know how to cook
"you should go back to Ollie, he misses you and you miss him, but if he pulls any of that shit again, tell me, I'm gonna kill him" clay pointed his fork towards me
"I'll think about it" I took a deep breathe in "don't worry I'm not forcing anything on you, but I just suggest to try it again, he made a mistake yes, but he's learned, and I called him recently, no offense to him he looked like trash" he poured out
"fine I'll think about it" I jokingly rolled my eyes nudging his arm "PATCHESS" I boomed looking for the cat after dinner "Jesus you're loud" clay complained "fuck off" i flipped him off
it was night, clay was already asleep but I couldn't stop thinking about what he said a while ago
I made an impulsive decision driving to ollie's, but I didn't regret it, I hate to say it but i missed him and shadow a lot, and my brother
I drove there my anxiety going up not knowing where this would lead to and how this would turn out
I finally got to his place, taking a deep breathe I got out of the car going to our apartment lightly knocking
"Alex? what- why- i- I missed you" Ollie stuttered "I miss you too" I spoke with a small smile
"why- why are you here?" asked Ollie "you don't want me here?" I joked Ollie just laughed lightly followed by an awkward silence
I coughed to break the silence and continued "I wanted to talk, that's if you're ok with that" I told him
"of course come in" he opened the door wider "hi shadow" I bent down as shadow cuddled next to my leg "she missed her mom" Ollie said making my heart break a little
I had been to harsh, leaving with saying barely anything maybe I wasn't cruel it depended on perspective of how one sees it
we then sat down on the couch waiting for either to break the silence
