C4: 𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕪𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕙𝕒𝕤 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕕

Kazuha's POV

"Kazuha? wake up."

All I knew this morning when I woke, Aether was poking me so I can wake up. I gently grabbed his hand basically telling him to stop. I noticed he was also wearing an apron, perhaps he made something from the kitchen?

"I'm up Aether, you can stop poking me." , then Aether chuckled and pulled me up from the bed and dragging me to the table to eat breakfast.

I was surprised because when we walked to the table I see that he had already prepared our breakfast, this is going to be my first time to taste his cooking. He made scrambled eggs with bacon bits to top it off and it really smell pleasant.

"C'mon dig up! I made this for us to eat before we go to class!", He said as he takes of his apron and sat on the chair. He also brewed some coffee for us to drink, it was really nice of him to do this.

We then started eating our breakfast to start the day, as I was savoring Aether's dish It tasted very delicious, "I never knew you were such a good cook, perhaps maybe you can cook for me often don't you think?"

"In your dreams, maple leaf." He answered as he grabs his coffee and took a sip.

"I'm being serious, I'd love you to cook for me often if you don't mind." I said as I took another bite from my plate, still savoring the flavor of his dish.

"And like I said, in your dreams." He laughs as he finishes his meal and puts it on the sink to wash it.

As I finished eating my meal, I grabbed my dirty dishes and placed it in the sink while Aether was still washing his dish. "I'm glad you enjoyed it! I was worried that it won't be to your liking." he said as he cleans all the dirty dishes.

"It's an honor to have the chance to eat something made from you." I said as I wrapped my arms around Aether's waist.

Aether spasmed as I wrapped my arms around him, seemed like he did not expect it coming.

"Did I surprise you?" I asked as he still continued to wash the remaining dishes, "Yeah you did, since when did you start becoming more touchy with me all the sudden?"

"There shouldn't be any problem with it when it's you, right?" I asked politely, "Well if I'm being honest.. I don't really mind." He said as he finished washing the dishes and dried his hands with a towel.

We then started preparing ourselves for bath, Aether grabbed his bath towel and went to the bathroom to take a shower. Meanwhile I just wait for him, casually waiting as I watch the trees from the balcony, waving, the wind was also very gentle today.

I forgot, today's the day where there will be big changes around the school and I'm really excited about it because I really loved this school because there are many great people around here and the scenery here is beautiful.

After Aether walked out of the bathroom, I grabbed my bath towel and went inside the bathroom to bathe.

After that comfortable shower I dried myself with my bath towel and walked off the bathroom with the towel on my waist. I see Aether still on his towel and when he saw me walked out he asked, "Could I maybe borrow your spare uniform?"

"Of course, just grab one from the closet and change at the bathroom."

He then grabbed my spare uniform, a shirt, and his previous pants that was dried out from the balcony, and went toward the bathroom to change.

As he entered the bathroom, I also changed and wore my uniform and waited for Aether to finish changing. 

We all finished preparing ourselves for school and started walking out the dorm room, as we were walking farther from my dorm and towards Aether's, I noticed 2 of his friends waiting for him.

"Guys I'm over here!" Aether rushed towards Keqing and Ganyu to greet them as I followed him from behind. Keqing and Ganyu then noticed that I was with Aether so she gave me a suspicious look, scanning me from head to toe.

"Why were you two together?" Keqing asked as she looks at both of us, scanning us, but why though?

"Oh! I accompanied Kazuha and stayed through the night." He said as he started fidgeting while Keqing still gave us that suspicious look but she somehow just brushed it off. We all started going to our class to see the changes.

As shocking as it is, our teacher gave us less homework and projects, they also started balancing their strictness and finally started to help us other than neglecting us. All students were happy about with a sigh of relief, we were all glad they decided to do this because it was definitely so stressful. Some students broke their silence and started crying out of joy, this change is definitely a big deal to all of us and we are thankful.

After class, Aether came right up to me, invited me to go to that one cafe that just opened recently to finally go out together along with Keqing and Ganyu at 3:00pm, so we had like an hour before we go there. I went back to my dorm and started preparing myself for our outing.

As I finished, I went to go pick up Aether from his dorm so that we could just walk together. I then saw Keqing and Ganyu chatting in front of Aether's door, I'm guessing they're waiting for him too.

"Ah! Speak of the devil, he's here so let's just ask him alright?" Keqing said, starring at Ganyu as she nods to her.

"No, me and Aether didn't do anything suspicious we just hang out at my dorm." I answered because I could tell what they were going to ask. They both sigh of disappointment as soon as I answered them.

Aether walked out of his dorm with his yellow cardigan, "What are you guys talking about?" he asked as he looked at us with confusion, the girls just stood there not knowing what to say.

"They were just asking me how my day was, it was really nice for them to ask." I said as the girls sigh from relief, Aether nodded and we all started walking out of the building to go to that cafe. We then arrived at the cafe and we could all smell the sweet aroma of freshly baked desserts as we entered the cafe.

We all picked a table to where we would spend our time and chat, Keqing and Ganyu had already left to go to take their order, they both ordered a hazelnut frappe with a side of brownies.

"What would you like to order Aether?" I asked as I grabbed my wallet from my bag, "I want that peppermint frappe, how bout you?" He asked as he also grabbed his wallet.

"I'll get what you're having, shall we go to the counter and order?", Aether nodded and we both proceed to go  towards the counter as both of the girls came back to secure our table.

We all had a fun time in the cafe, Aether talked about on how her sister was an amazing person to him and that she's always busy with collage, Keqing and Ganyu talked about how they were grateful about the new changes in school because they couldn't adjust their schedule anymore.

"Sorry to interrupt." a mysterious voice came out of no where, interrupting our conversation, it was one of our classmates who we don't know,  interrupted us. I see Aether trembling in fear as he saw who it was.

Did something happen between them?

"Don't worry I'm just to remind a certain someone about something." our classmate looked at Aether and saw him trembling, he then smiled at Aether and walked out.

"Aether, are you okay?" Ganyu asked as he started to fix himself like nothing happened. "Yep! I-I am fine, I should get going now I have something to do real quick."

Aether rushed out of the cafe as we all looked in confusion, "Something is definitely wrong and I can feel it." Keqing said as she looked at Aether walking out .

No she's right, something is definitely going on..
