maybe I knew what love was,
but the way you fell for me trust me I'm never hitting pause.
I thought I knew what it was like to be loved,
but when you started loving me,
I knew love is not how you sweep someone off their feet for a second and then make them cry all day.
I knew love didn't hurt, that person did.
I knew this *love* started with you and would end with you.
You made me realize not just what it's like to be loved but also what love is not by loving me right.
