Yeonjun reached laila's house and knocked the door
Laila opened the door
"Mhmmm dinner thanks." Laila said grabbing all the food
"You should've ordered more too" Yeonjun said
"I didn't want to be that mean" laila said
"This was you being nice" Yeonjun said
"Yea" laila said rolling her eyes About to close the door
"Wait. I need to talk to you" Yeonjun said
"About" laila said
"Can you come outside and talk" Yeonjun said
"This sounds serious" laila said as she stepped out and closed the door behind her
"I just need to confirm something" Yeonjun said
"Confirm what." Laila said
"Do you have any feelings for me." Yeonjun asked
Laila stood there not knowing what to say
"Do you?" Yeonjun said
Laila took in a big gulp
"Me? Why are you asking" laila said
"I just need to know" Yeonjun said
"If I'm being honest. I do. I have feelings for you. And I have for a long time now. But I didn't want to ruin our friendship so I never said anything" laila said
Yeonjun now stood shocked
"You shouldn't have said anything now eiether" Yeonjun whispered to himself but loud enough for laila to hear
Laila heart shattered
She didn't know what she did wrong
"Why'd you ask me" laial said
"Afeefa kept saying you have feelings for me and it made her feel weird. I told her she was wrong and I would ask you. But now I regret asking." Yeonjun said
"Oh. I'm sorry. I-" laila was out of words as she couldn't control her tears anymore
"I will stay out of your way. I never expected you to like me back. If your happy with her then I'm happy for you. And I'll stay out of your guys way." Laila said as she walked back inside

Next day at school laila walked to school alone
While afeefa and Yeonjun walked together
Going through classes laila kept her distance not trying to make things awkward
They look really happy that's all that matters right
I will find somone eventually laila thought to herself
"So did you talk to laila" afeefa said to Yeonjun
"No? Everything will be fine" Yeonjun said
"Why can't you talk to her I thought you guys were close" afeefa said
"We're not that close. We just mess around with eachother sometimes." Yeonjun said
"Are you sure. Because I don't want a complicated relationship" afeefa said
"Everything's fine. Stop stressing so much" Yeonjun hugged afeefa as he kissed the top of her head.
