Inside the training room, Damian is thrown to the ground as he frustratingly gets back up and charges at Nate only for him to get drop kicked once again as Nate stands over Damian

"Wow your really bad at this huh?"

Damian flips himself back up and kicks Nate in the chest but he doesn't even move as he grabs Damian by his shirt and effortlessly lifts him up into the air

"So quick question..what made you think that was even a good idea?"

Damian bites Nate's hand as he yells out and let's go of him as he winces in pain

"Okay that's enough.."

Damian jumps into the air to hit Nate but he's punched across the face as Damian falls back and hits the ground hard

"Better luck next time, kid..you need to work on your defense".

Nate grabs a towel and puts it over his shoulder as he grabs his phone as he hears a small *DING* he stops walking and checks it out

Barbara:<..I want to say that I hate but I'd be lying to myself, but seriously how are things back in Gotham?>

<Meh. Nothing interesting has happened..it's been surprisingly quiet these last few days; I was thinking about visiting an old friend of mine>

Barbara:<Really? Huh..should I be worried about this..'old friend' of yours?🤔>

<Uhh no? You know who it is already..wait..is THE Barbara Gordon jealous? 😱>

Barbara:<Pfft yeah right..im just saying, she hasn't seen you in a couple of months so things may not be..pleasant>

<Maybe but that's a risk im willing to take..let's hope she doesn't rip my head>

Barbara:<Hopefully, hey I have to go my Dad needs my help with something, call you later?>

Nate puts his phone away as he walks up the stairs, it had only been week since Jim had taken his daughter out of Gotham City for some family trip or something like that; which did leave Nate with some free time to himself but as expected nothing had been going on in Gotham recently, maybe some of the criminals heard about Deathstroke's unfortunate demise..so that could be one of the many reasons why
