Half the City

Gwi-nam Pov

We head back to the building making sure no mortals were following us, I'm so relieved that we can finally find our son, I hope his fine and not hurt I'll kill whoever even lay a hand on my son

"Y/n, give me his shirt" I was about to grab it when professor Byeong chan grabbed it first

"What the fuck?!" I was surprised

"Only one of you can track him" Byeong chan said holding the shirt

"Why?" Y/n asked crossing her arms

"I don't want you both going out late at night going bunkers around the damn city looking for you son" He said with a strict tone

"The city is half destroyed " Su hyeok said

"I don't care, its still risky for 2 monsters walking around the city like they own the world" He said and walk away

We felt like we were in highschool again following our teacher, well he WAS our teacher, all of us are still a bit mad of him cause becuase of him this madness happened but I'm a bit glad it did cause if this didn't happen I wouldn't have changed myself for Y/n and Jeong-Hoon

"Nam-ra, you will go with them before dark" Byeong chan said giving Y/n the shirt

"Can I come?" Su hyeok asked

"No, stay here" Byeong chan walk away

We gave eachother this look where we were doubting Professor Byeong chan, well he may seem suspicious but I think his not all that bad I mean he helped us

Nam-ra, me and Y/n headed to the small city since half of it are destroyed, since hambie's were only half monster half human we can easily blend in with some people inside the city our scars are covered with our jackets so we look just like before, we blend in with the crowd like normal survivors,we went to the quarantine zone since it was the first thing that came into our mind

"Eomma!" I heard his voice

The three of us turn around and spot Jeong-Hoon running towards us with open arms

"Jeong-Hoon!" Y/n hugged him and I joined in too

"Where were you?!"

"We've been so worried!"

I was finally relief that we found our son unscratched

"Who took you?" Y/n asked Jeong-Hoon

"Some guy from the military found me and I didn't found a chance to scream for help eomma, they put something in my nose that made me sleepy" He explained

"I'm never leaving you out of my sight again" Y/n hugged him

"Are you and appa, okay now?" He asked looking at me

Y/n nodded and I hugged my son too

"Let's take you home now" I said and pick him up

"Y/n!" We heard a male voice so we look around only to see Gyeong su and Dae-su

"Guys!" Y/n Called them out and hugged them

"Y/n, finally you made it, let's get you checked in" Gyeong su hugged back

"I can't" Y/n said

"Why not?" Dae-su asked

Y/n looked around making sure no one was looking and she slowly loft her right arm up revealing her bite mark, Gyeong su and Dae-su looked at eachother

They took us to a tent where we found Cheong san and Ji-min

"Y/n, you made it I was so worried" Cheong san hugged her

Y/n looked at him apologetically and so did Gyeong su and Dae-su

"What's wrong?" Cheong san asked

"She's bitten" Gyeong su said

Ji-min stubbled a couple times back as she squeal in shocked

Y/n lifted her right arm showing her bite mark again

Cheong san looked at her then me and then back at her again his reaction was like he wasn't afraid at all he was just calm

"Are you just like Gwi-nam?" He asked and Y/n nodded

"We gotta leave" Dae-su said

"Ji-min, its okay She's still our Y/n" Cheong san said and sat down

"Where are you guys going?" Y/n asked Dae-su while she look around

"We are moving to a new Island away from here, all of us all of the people who only survive and not infected, the government is gonna bomb the city in 9 hours" Cheong san said

"What?!" Y/n screamed

"We gotta go and warn the others!" Nam-ra said she was guarding the are the whole time making sure no one was eavesdropping

"The others?" Ji-min asked

"Yes, there are others who are just like us" I said

"You mean there are still monsters out there?" She said dramatically

I sighed and ignore her

We run out of the city we tried our best to run faster while I was holding Jeong-Hoon rightly, we gotta warn the others and Byeong chan about the bombing if we can make it on time we will get to tell them, we were running our fastest.
