Parasite
She was the biggest loser in the entire school but it all changed when she goes on a geography excursion and gets lost in the ancient temple. Her classmates thought she was done for because it's impossible to get out of there alive but she somehow survived.
She returned home all normal and without any injury but there was something different about her. Her luck has suddenly changed and it took her a bit too late to realise that there's something stuck on her body that is slowly taking control over her body.

( It can be an ancient weapon, an alien virus or some other parasite that is slowly taking over. It can be done in comedy style where the parasite is making her life better or it can be a survival story where she tries to get it off of her )
