The two MCs are from Planet 089 which was destroyed by a group on Earth. They are the two survivors from the attack who were taken back to earth to research on...
Out of pity, one of the group members kidnaps the two children and gives them up for adoption. These kids gets adopted into normal families and they grow up as usual human beings.
But years later when they run into each other and touch hands, their memories come back and they realise what has happened to them.
