Carry You

Chapter 12 - Until we meet again

Shoujiro's team mate was all there during his memorial, Aunt Victoria still cannot accept everything...just like me.

I watch Akihiro talking to Shoujiro's friends and team mates, Uncle David their dad is also present to take care of everything

"Rei.." Yoji sit down beside me

"Hi" I look at him and look back at Shoujiro's picture

"I heard about you studying abroad"

"Yes that is the plan, and I think it is the best for now" I said "You have to take care of Ayame while I am away"

"I will" he nod

It started to rain after Shoujiro's cremation, we  are now in Aunt Victoria's house for the family dinner. I stand up and walk outside the balcony, I extended my hand to feel the gentle and cold drops of rain

"Rei" Akihiro stands beside me, he looks at me and I guess he sees that my eyes shows the sadness in my heart

"I heard about you going abroad" he watch the rain, I just nod

"You have to take care of yourself there" 

"I will" 

"Mom will move to Juso Proper, we found a condominium and I will leave with her" 

My tears started to fall down as I continue watching the rain

"Continue your life with a smile, that will make my brother happy"

I continue to cry silently

I don't know how long we are standing in the balcony watching the rain, the heaven knows how to comfort us by grieving with us

I spent the rest of the month before graduation cleaning the school, taking photography and studying for the exam

"Slow down will you" Ayame watch me as I started cleaning the pool

"I'm good" I continue what I'm doing

"You will get sick" she gets the other net and helps me remove the leaf from the pool

"Are you going to miss me that much that's why you've been bugging me" I smile at Ayame

"Of course not" she smirks at me

"Well you have Yoji here with you" I walk to the other side of the pool

"There is only one Rei in this world" Ayame smile at me

Time flies so fast, school year is finished already. I look up to the crystal clear blue sky

"Shoujiro..." I whisper and smile

"Are you ready?" my brother hand me plane ticket and passport, I nod and pick up my bag

My older brother is coming with me abroad to help me settle there and then he will come back to help our parents with the business

I will miss everyone.. but I need to go far away for now.
