The Importance Of NOT being a bystander:

I created this poem because at my school we had this poster competition to help stop bullying and the winner gets a prize but the prize hasn't been told yet. So for my poster, I wanted to express myself and my passion in a poem and thought it was perfect to post to celebrate International Poetry Day!! Even though I forgot to post this earlier, so ignoring that factor, here's my poem.

If I scream will you turn away?
If I ask, will you stay?
Please help me, I cry and beg
What if was you instead?

If the bully targeted you
I bet you'd have a different point of view
When you just stand there,
As if you don't even care

I feel anger, sadness and anxiety
Like u don't deserve to be apart of society
Going through this alone
Is something no one should ever know

So will you do what's right?
By helping me, and others, fight?
Against bullying of all forms
To create a new society that's transformed
