Wei Ying- "So let's play a little trick on our past selves"

Wanyin- "and you're at it again"

Wei Ying- "come on Chengcheng that'll be fun"

Lan Huan- "why don't we join the fun Wanyin"

Wanyin- "ugh fine, but just this once"

Wei Ying- "Lan Zhan, Nei-Xiong wanna join?"

Huaisang- "Iean why not"

Lan Zhan- "MN anything for Wei Ying"

Wanyin- "okay stop it with your love shits, and tell me your stupid plan"

Wei Ying- "okay so (just imagine WY telling Wanyin the plan)

Wei Ying- "are you okay with the plan?"

Lan Huan- "I'm okay with it"

Wei Ying- "good, then shall we call them to start the meeting"

"don't worry this isn't a prank, I've been working on a talisman that can send people to a different timeline, depending on the person who is going to be sent or the one who sent them, it can be in the future, the past, or maybe an alternate timeline" 

"How are you sure that this talisman works, maybe it's just another one of your stupid pranks, or maybe it'll harm us"

"don't worry, Uncle's invention can never hurt anyone, none of his inventions harm anyone in any way before," JingYi said

"see, you can even ask Zewu-jun here if my inventions are real or fake"

Lan Qiren looked at his nephew's future self, "what Wei-gongzi said is true, none of his inventions harmed anyone, and before he used any of the talismans, he makes sure to test it first, to prevent harm to anyone" Lan Huan said, obviously understanding what his uncle gaze means

"well then we'll wait for you to finish your projects, and this better not be a joke" Lan Qiren shouted the last part

which he just receive a sarcastic smile, that said "this old geezer is getting on my nerves", while Wei Ying's eyes slowly turned into a crimson red, but before his eyes could fully turn into a crimson red

"Wei Ying calm," Lan Zhan said holding Wei Ying's hand, interrupting the bad atmosphere they created in the room, Wei Ying calmed down after hearing his husband's voice

"Sorry for that, Wei-gongzi here just had a bad time, before he came to the conference, he was just bothered," Lan Huan said reassuring everything was fine

the people from the past, we're surprised at what they saw, crimson red eyes, filled with anger, and intent to kill

"to make up, for that, you guys can do as you pleased here, we already informed the disciples so they will not bother you guys," Lan Huan said

after, they make sure the people from the past was out of the room

"A-Niang why didn't you tell them about you getting married to A-die?" JingYi asked

"well it's because Wei Wuxian here told us to do a little prank on our past selves" Wanyin replied, clearly annoyed that he have to act as if Lan Yue is his spouse since Yue is just a friend of his sister

"hehe, but cheng cheng it'll be fun for them to play a little game," Wei Ying said, which leads to another argument between the two, the others in the room just used to the fighting, stopped them from beating each other up

while they two were bickering and the others tried to stop them, they didn't know that someone was listening to them
