Name: Eleven or "The Blue Coat Girl"
Looks: Her hair is white, her skin is pale, she has long black pants with of course a blue jacket, under her jacket is just a regular white shirt
Powers: she has glitch powers, not exactly the same as Mono's who can only teleport through TVs, she can teleport through any device with a screen such as an I pad, phone, or even a Nokia-
Story/gameplay: she woke up in pale city and is trying to stop the signal tower, She ends up getting trapped and put in the same room Mono is in, they both work together after she eventually gains Mono's trust and now her only goal is to help Mono escape whatever the cost, Later on she dies because she is caught and eaten by hunger-affected Six when helping Mono escape
Personality: Kind but cautious when it comes to new people, She will not hesitate to help anyone even if they have wronged her
