Gilbert Blythe- When Gilbert asked you out for a lunch date, he was thankful it was Saturday meaning he could actually spend time with you without anyone else bothering the two of you. He got the entire lunch prepared with sandwiches, snacks, fruits, drinks and sweets. He was so excited.
You on the other hand were freaking out because you had no idea what to wear for your first date because you've never been on a date before, and you were afraid you were going to mess everything up and have no idea what to say or do or how to act you were completely losing it.
Of course Anne came to the rescue and tore through your closet and found you a cute dress to wear. So you showered and got dressed in the outfit Anne chose for you. She couldn't help but clap and giggle "you look absolutely divine" she said, you blushed and smiled as you put on some tights and your flats and finished doing your hair.

After you were ready, Anne wished you luck as you walked outside and headed to the directions where Gilbert told you to meet him at. When you got there, you saw Gilbert wearing such a nice outfit with a blanket all spread out on the ground and a gourmet of food, snacks and drinks which made your heart and stomach flutter as you walked up to him.

He looked at you and smiled as he got up and gently grabbed your hands and kissed the back of them which made you blush bashfully "this looks wonderful Gilbert" you said, he smiled "well I try for the pretty lady" he said which made you giggle and blush a bit, "well sit, sit there's plenty to eat" he said,
You smiled and nodded as you both sat down and started to grab some food and began to eat "Oh my wow. This is great Gilbert" You said, he laughed a bit "Again, for the pretty lady, I try" he said, you blushed and smiled as you both just talked about literally everything and anything.
By the end of the day and eating literally everything he had made, you both relaxed on the blanket next to one another and watched as the sun was slowly setting. Gilbert turned to his side and looked at you which made you do the same "This was so fun Gilbert. Thank you for today" You said, he smiled "Of course. I had fun too" he said,
