Chapter 5- intruders

Roxanna pov:

The guards burst in and yelled about a intruder, me, mother and ashil quickly went to the safe room well mother was carrying ashil since he just got up

"Mother! What's going on" I said to my mother

This is different this did not happen in my past life...

I emit I did change some stuff like my brothers death but, this never happened at all in my past life so why is this happening?

I was in deep in thought that I stop running to the safe room

"Xana! What are you doing? Run!" My mother shaking my shoulder

"Ah! I'm sorry mother I didn't realize I stop running" I said

"That's alright but we need to g-" my mother said to reassure me but got caught off by guards that I don't know of or seen came rushing in and yelling

"Stay right there and do not move, if you did there will be consequences!"  One of the guards said with blonde hair and green eyes

"Sir Ivan?" My mother spoke

Sir Ivan? My mother knows this man

"Mada- *hmph* lady rudbeckia is that you" the guard said to my mother with surprise in his voice

Wait.. did that man almost call my mother a madam?

I looked puzzled, wait a minute my mother name is sierria not rudbeckia!

"Mommy! Who are they, why did that man call you rudbeckia?" I said to mother

"Mama? Are we at the safe room?" My brother said finally getting up after being tuck into are mothers arms

"I.. no ashil we are not at the safe room, and Xana I will explain later" my mother said reassuring my brother and me

"Mother? That does not matter right now, my lady if you be kind to follow us with no complaints I can assure that you and your children will be safe" the blonde knight said

"Alright..." my mother said

"But mother!" I said with worried in my voice

How can she give up so easily, but she knows who this man is maybe he someone mother can trust, but if mother is okay with this then I'm okay with it too

Ruby pov:

As Ivan led me to a tent filled with servants who worked in my manor, he led me to a other side to separate of the workers

"Why are we going to a other spot, the people you caught in the manor are over there and I'm part of the house"
I said with confusion

"Yes but your a noble my lady"

"Uhh, I don't.... Never mind"
I try to say something but I just gave up and sat down with my children

"How long is this gonna take?" My little girl said

"I don't know, I hope it ends soon"
I said to my daughter

"Mama I'm hungry" my boy said

"It has been awhile since we last ate, wait a little longer my sweet"

As I said that Ivan came back in with a very worried face

"The leader of Agriche has been captured..."

Huh...

"Is that so...what is that you need to do"

"We must collect all his children and take them somewhere else, to make them pure after being in this home of torture" Ivan said with a serious tone

"Oh okay go collect them"

"Mother?!" Both my children said with shock

"You are really gonna make me take your children that easily?"
Ivan said with shock

"What? You said that you will take his children not mine" I said with confusion

"Yes that's what I said your children are his too, they have his blood"

"No..." i said with a serious look

"I was with child before I even met him" I said looking at Ivan straight in the eyes

"W-what?" Ivan said confused

"They may have his name.. but not blood" I said

"Wa-wait what?!" Xana said

"So your saying we're not fathers children" Ashil said looking at his sister

"Then.. who is there father" Ivan said

"You know him" I look at Ivan with worried

"I do? Who" Ivan said with confusion and concern

"Yes, who else do you know with red eyes" i said with a smile

As I said that and smiled Ivan looked at me with confusion and then his expression changed to shock? I think he figured it out

"Wait he is! Your children! HIS?!" Ivan said panicked

"Isn't that what I just said? So Is he here.."

"I was here the whole time.."

I turned quickly after hearing the voice I thought I never hear again...

As I did saw the man I loved so much and had to let go...

Ivan quickly left after the man I loved gave him the sign to leave

"Ruby.." he said with pain with his voice

I started to cry

"Isek!"
