Rias: Is he a devil? If he is why would he become the principal of the school?

Kiba: He is not I couldn't feel any demonic energy from him at all I doubt he is a devil if he is he must have a concealment skill that of high devils perhaps on the level of your brother

Reinhard stretched his hand with a cookie

koneko was startled the old man knew he was being followed left with no choice koneko moved quickly to the old man and took the cookie 

Reinhard: Why did they send someone like you to observe me 

Koneko answered nothing at all while Reinhard was confused he decide to give up on it

Reinhard left koneko with her biscuits while he was walking he was thinking about the future

Reinhard: According to the Future memory the next event will be the Demonic beast Riot it will be fun to face Cao Cao and test the true longinus I doubt Isse even though he has the Cardinal promotion his physic is still weak"
