The next day felt like the longest day ever. I usually have practice Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays sometimes Wednesdays, but Covid has to exist. A couple minutes turned into hours of me just watching TikTok until Walker called unexpectedly.
"Hello?"I said answering my phone, "I'm bored,"he spoke plainly, "What happened to Hello, how are you, what happened to that?"O goggled and he said hello. "Why are you FaceTiming me,"I asked, "I'm bored and your cool, what does it feel like being Ryan Reynolds daughter?"He said talking very fast, "It's... something,"I laughed, "I love your laugh."he mumbled as he got up out of his gaming chair and moves to his bed. "I'm so confused right now!"I whined, "Why?"He whispered into the speaker, "Tia chick said I'm ugly-"I started to say before Walker budded in, "Mari your nowhere close to ugly," "let me finish than they comment pretty with a heart eye emoji on my recent post."I finished.
"Omg this is like a blog!"Walker smiled as he got out supplies to make a ham sandwich, "First you take one piece of ham ONE SINGLE PIECE then put it in the air fryer for one minute," "Why the air fryer?"I asked, "To make it crispy duh, now we take out not two but three pieces of bread, put two in the toaster and the other one in the microwave." He explained. Let's just say he has a weird way of making a ham sandwich but it looked good. "That's looks good,"I comment, "When we meet again you just try this!!"He replied chewing on it.
I ended up making a jelly sandwich because I'm allergic to peanuts and peanut butter. "Mari, where'd you get your sweatshirt from?"he asked, "I got it at my friend Mercury's house when I was visiting China actually!"I smiled

"I don't know where she got it, but I believe it was a birthday gift,"I added, "When's your birthday, mines is January 9th 2009!"he smiled softly, "May 4th 2009,"I responded. "YOUR 12!!"He yelled in a state of shock, "Yea, sadly."I chuckled, "That's not a bad thing, I just expected you to be 13, you look way older than 12. Wait does that sound rude I'm sorry!"He spoke softly but fast, "No, no it's fine I promise!"I laughed.
Soon it hit 10pm and we both made a little fort, his is on his gaming chair and desk while mines it neatly on my wall in closet door and the side of my book self.
