Rain

As Abigail slipped away, Rain felt a combination of sadness and relief. Yes she was dead, but at least they had been able to exchange a few words before she was fully gone. Rain never would have expected her memories to return.

As Rain turned away, he examined the battle. Though one of the bandits had been killed, the others were holding their own. He turned to look towards Ser Patrick and Herobrine, but what he saw made him freeze.

Ser Patrick was laying on the ground, with a bloody face and one of Herobrine's swords sticking out of his chest. He appeared to be alive, but only barely.

Herobrine stood over him, with his other sword raised for a killing blow. Rain didn't hesitate, throwing one of his swords in an attempt to distract Herobrine.

Rain's sword hit Herobrine's, knocking it to the ground. Herobrine spun around to see who had thrown it.

Their eyes met, and Rain saw that Herobrine recognized him. Fear flashed across Herobrine's face, knowing that Rain had almost defeated him before, and that he had only grown stronger since.

As they looked at each other, Rain saw Herobrine's eyes shift to the dead body of Abigail behind him. Herobrine's look of fear intensified, realizing that Rain was more than his match.

Rain decided to take advantage of this fear, charging across that battlefield.

He had made it only halfway to Herobrine before an explosion shook the sky. An Eye of Ender appeared, signaling the arrival of the Ender Watchers.

Rain looked around and saw Zeganirn and Vordus engaging the undead. They tore through all defences, obliterating Herobrine's forces.

As he looked back at Herobrine, Rain could see pure panic in the Undead Lord's face. Though Herobrine wasn't looking at him. He was looking at an indistinct figure on the other side of the battlefield.

As Rain focused on this figure, he realized who it was. It was Ceris, the End Matriarch. She had her Ender Greatsword by her side, glaring at Herobrine.

Ceris launched forward, flying across the ground. She slammed the Ender Greatsword into Herobrine, knocking him back. She followed with another strike that he barely dodged.

Though he was outmatched, Herobrine still put up a good fight. He dodged many of Ceris's blows, if only by millimeters. He even got a few strikes in.

Ceris teleported behind Herobrine, swinging at him with all her strength. Herobrine, however, anticipated this and dodged the strike. The Ender Greatsword plunged and into the ground, getting stuck.

Herobrine took this opportunity to go on the offensive, throwing a flurry of punches and kicks.

Seeing what happened, Rain threw his other sword, hoping to hit Herobrine. He missed by only a few inches, but Ceris grabbed the sword as it flew by. Using it, she proceeded to decapitate the unsuspecting Herobrine.

Just like that, the battle was over. They had won the war.
