Melancholy.
What a strange word,
But to some people it means everything.
Deep sadness.
Depression.
So deep that you disassociate yourself from reality.
Living in your mind,
Imagination is key.
Dorothy In the Land of Oz,
Alice In Wonderland.
Do you really think that behind the scenes the mythical creatures in those books were the main subject?
Maybe it was heightened imagination,
Due to disassociation.
Being numb to the physical world,
While opening a new world in the mental sense.
Exploring wondrous things,
Without moving a step.
But In reality,
They were just empty vessels.
... Just something to think about
