But the kingdom next door didn't have any at all, just basic light magic. The cookie went on a journey to find any kind of new magic.
———————————————————(Do I understand the evil team? Not really. Will I still try and write them with limited knowledge? Yes even if it sucks. So I apologize in advance since I was never good with the canon villains, I'm sorry. I'll stick with there canon personalities as much as possible, but again a little changed because they are the good guys now.)

We quickly hurried down the path to the castle with me and Strawberry in lead as always. Actually she could use a more cooler name too, I need to give everyone nicknames. I thought trying to think of something. No there isn't time for this you have to be serious! I yelled at myself as I focused my attention on now. As we got there luckily there was nobody there so we could get prepared. I didn't realize apparently but Necromancer had barely fought with us before, he was still relatively new to the team. I really hope he remembered what to do. We got into proper position and waited for them to arrive. And we didn't have to wait long until they came,

"Well, look who showed up here. Thinking they can just come in doors open." Necromancer sneered,

"Hey! I'm supposed to say that.." I complain as he ignored me,

"Anyways you are not getting into this castle. No matter what you think." I threatened as I shifted my candy cane to be held in a defensive position,

"GingerSpice we are going to stop you and Dark Enchantress Cookie!" Licorice proclaimed,

"Yes, we will do this for Pure Vanilla cookie." Pomegranate agreed and the fight then began. I realized that there strength had gone up by a lot and this battle soon flipped to there advantage. Sadly soon enough we were defeated. First it was Strawberry, then me, afterwards it was Chili pepper, Necromancer, and then Custard. We were sitting off to the side now I felt sort of dizzy as the other team ran off into the castle. We lost..? Oh no they are going to get into the castle! I worried and huffed trying to get back my breath. What would happen if Dark Enchantress found out we didn't defeat them or that we couldn't?

"What's you're plan now Spice? This is why we don't charge into places without thinking about it!" Necromancer fumed getting up and looking scuffed,

"What did you expect me to do!? I couldn't have done anything else, they were already there.." I quickly stopped myself from yelling because I didn't want to make him upset. Everyone started getting up as well and so did I. I slightly felt pain shoot through my arm but I couldn't care less. I disappointed everyone, I shouldn't be here. I'm useless, I can't even do something so simple! I'm wasting everyone's time by arguing. I thought trying to smile again,

"I'm sorry for yelling it-it was my fault." I apologized, everyone seemed to look confused,

"GingerSpice I don't really think it was your fault..they just got a lot stronger." Strawberry said quietly, Necromancer seemed to watch our conversation carefully and looked curious,

"I-well it was my fault because we haven't practiced in a while I should have been better. Really, it wasn't anyone else's fault." I persisted feeling a bit nervous about him watching me,

"We all.. well we all got defeated. So aren't these things a team effort or whatever people call it? You couldn't just pinpoint the blame on one individual, that wouldn't really be possible. Sorry, I was just frustrated that we didn't win." Suddenly Necromancer said sounding like he was struggling to find words. Is he trying to comfort me..? I wondered in shock. He never really did well with empathy, he seems to have a lot of trouble showing sympathy or empathy with others. Even when we were friends we never really were close. Even Strawberry seemed surprised,
