that morning you and jughead went to pops and there was no one you guys went inside "pop" you asked "did you see, did you see what they wrote on my chock 'lit shoppe" he says after that you and jughead meet in the back of with the group even tho you don't go there you still sneak in there to hang out with your friends "its another win for the bad guys" jughead said "no one was there his entire staff quit" you say "he says hes not sure how long he'll be able to keep the doors open maybe not even a week" jughead say "its because of what happened to my dad people are freaking out and i gotta be honest guys i don't see myself going back anytime soon" archie say "wait I'm sorry am i hearing acceptance I'm not letting one psychopath with a gun dictate what happens to our place jug you went crazy trying to save the drive in" betty says "i cant take on anymore social issues right now my hands are full" jughead says "with your dad of course and he should be your priority, ill take point on helping pop Tate" betty says "ill help too betty, hey anything to get me away from my parents I'm in" veronica says "ill help I've got time i wanna kill" you say getting up to leave "another girl team up" jughead says getting ready to leave too "I've got to jet I'm off to meet my dads court appointed joke of a lawyer at the sheriff's station" jughead says "ooo can i come" you ask interested to see how bad this guy is "sure" he says knowing your almost done with law school and can help "can i come too i gotta drop some flyers off for sheriff keller" you all say bye and the three of you leave "lets talk about the damn deal" FP says "first to review the charges your facing, arson, destruction of evidence, making a false confession abstracting justice not to mention this whole nasty mess of dumping a dead kid in the river" the lawyer guy say and your roll your eyes "i know what i did what's the deal what are they offering" FP asked "you're gonna want to take it I'm telling you I've been doing this a long time its a strong deal" he says "how many year's" you ask "20 years" the lawyer says "that's a rip off what kind lawyer are you he gets 20 years is if you add everything he did together 10 years is  a deal" you yell getting angry at the joke lawyer you leave 

the next day you jughead and betty went to see mayor mccoy "betty jughead yn what can i help you with" she asked "so the chock'let shoppe is on the verge of closing and we want pop tate to know that the entire town is rallying behind him" betty says "we were thing that you could make the building a landmark or declare a pops day in support" jughead asked "what if i endorse pops and next week someone else is shot there" mccoy says "mayor mccoy you and i both know that was a one-time thing a shooter never shoots in the same spot" you say learning that in law school when the guys leave you go to talk to her again "yn i told you there's nothing i can do" she says "i know  and that's not why I'm hear i wanted to see if i could be FP's lawyer" you ask "how many years of law school have you done" she asked "Seven years i only have about a month left" you say "fine you can be his lawyer" she says and you leave when you meet with betty and jughead again "i have good news" you say and they look at you "I'm officially FPs lawyer" you say ask jughead looks at you "you can help him right" jughead asks "yeah i just need to talk to the judge of the court case" you say leaving 

jughead talks to you and tall boy behind the school "i tried going the legit route i even talked to the mayor its just it fells like the hole system is rigged against us" jughead says "jughead i did all i could i got it down to 13 years and 15 if he doesn't take the deal" you said "what's FP saying is he taking the deal" tall boy asked "not if i can help it tall boy what if we bust him out of jail" jughead says " whoa slow down jug there is only one person who can break people out of jail and disappear but then FP will be in even more trouble when he get caught and he will get caught jug" you say and tall boy agrees "your dad needs the snake handler someone who livelihood depends on snakes i got someone you should meet" tall boy says "tall boy no i will not have my best friend be in debt with that bit*h but he didn't listen he still went to see her and you went with to try to keep him out of trouble "forgive the office space I'm a firm believer in low overhead" penny says "welcome back...yn" she says "penny" you say as you didn't want to be back so fast after getting your boyfriend out of debt with her "please sit i like to be close with my clients" penny says and jughead sits she looks at you "ill stand" you say "clients being the serpents" jughead ask "well i was and still am a serpent they put me though collage law school" penny say and starts talking about the deal and about the blossom family "were friends i do you a favor, one day maybe you do me a favor" once penny said that you left mad at her and your best friend once jughead comes out he asks you "what's wrong" "what's wrong jughead do you know what you just did" you ask your dumb founded friend "no?" he says "her deals are trash jughead she makes you do one favor the that one favor turn into 6 more you cant trust her" you say "well yn what other choice do i have it not like you helped" he say "i did help and i was almost about to get your dad 3 year max but you messed it up" you said and left 

later that night you saw penny again "you leave jughead alone penny" you say as venom laces your voice "yn its nice to see you" she says "leave him alone penny i swear bother me all you want but you leave my best friend alone" you say and walk out. the next day you go to the court to be FPs lawyer and later that night you went to pops to help out when the serpents walk in betty starts to freak and jughead calms her you grab menu's and give them to the serpents "tall boy what are you guys doing here" you say pretending to take there order that night you went to whyte wyrm when jughead found you and asked you questions about penny "yn my dad called me and said i needed help with penny" he says "dont worry i have it covered but if she does call you you tell me ok" you ask "he nods and goes back to his dads trailer and you go to toni to try and get some sleep
