as school ends you go to the music room to calm down and after hanging at pops you guys come back to eviction notice on the trailer doors that crossed the line for you, you called the best detectives you met at law school a pair of twins Thomas and Thomson to help you out they look over it and see its fake and not signed by higher authorities "thanks guys this was really helpful" you say as they leave back to their case in Utah "well shell we start on our own case" you say turning to sweet pea jughead and FP you build a case off of fake and illegal documents and file a report for a court case and also list Thomas and Thomson as extras just incase
the next day you see the case got accepted so you send a copy to mayor mccoy and keller after that you tell sweet pean jughead and FP to be victims, so they had to write a statement saying what happened and that was it till they give you a court room FP told all the serpents "but i have to ask is anyone in this room responsible" FP asked "why don't you ask your son" tallboy says "what is your-" jughead was about to continue when you stopped him "actually tall boy why where you sneaking out that night huh maybe you took it but don't wanna say anything to make your relationship as a serpent worse" you say done with everyone today short after tallboy shuts up and FP says "ok now i need everyone to write a statement about the night pickens head diapered to tonight for the help of staying here" after that you and sweet pea go to sleep but you didn't really sleep you watched tall boy and took pictures of tall boy sneaking out again with a bag you followed him but turned off the lights to your bike after that night you saw betty and jughead and told them what you found
later that night you and jughead went to the whyte wyrm with news that you found the head and know who took it but as you walk in you hear a voice that you never wanted to hear again "jughead jones yn topaz" penny said "what is she doing here!" you yell "dad?" jughead asks "i brought her to help us and not law student who can't reach the top shelf" tall boy says as you get angry and tears fill you eyes "penny can't help the court is tomorrow and she is too late" you say " you guys don't get a say as you broke serpent law" tallboy says "penny is no serpent a tattoo doesn't make you a serpent yes she may have grown up as a serpent but serpents help others without letting them do favors" you say "and tallboy might i add the fact that you lied twice and took the head" you say putting pictures of tallboy leaving with a bag and what was in the bag and where he put it "and don't try to rip these they're just copy's the real ones are with keller" you say as two cops come in and take tallboy and leave "yn how'd you-" FP starts but you cut him off "i was keeping busy and i promised to take care of the serpents and i keep my promises" you say after that they kicked penny out everyone goes back but you go to bed and get ready for court
the next day you gave the judge all the papers and Thomas and Thomson show the judge the unfinished paperwork you won the court over and the serpents now own sunny side trailer after it was late you and sweet pea went to pops for a date after that he took you to the willow tree just outside of riverdale
