Chapter 5

After leaving Mattheo alone in the shower, I went to my dorm, getting ready. I just put on some light makeup and wore my school robe. That pretty emerald green color fitted my eyes very well. It was half an hour to classes so I headed to the great hall to get some breakfast.
When I entered the hall, everyone looked at me. "Imma punch them all some day.", I mumbled to myself. I saw Pansy who waved at me. I smiled real quick and walked over to her. "Good morning Evil. Did you sleep well?", she said. "Yeah, totally.", I said in response. I really haven't had the motivation to tell her about Mattheo. She was definitely crushing on him. "What's that on your neck, beauty?", Draco asked from the side. He was sitting next to me on the opposite to Pansy. I felt glowing red. Fuck. MAttheo that little bitch. "I burned myself with the- with the- uhhmm. Yeah with the hair straightener.", I smiled awkwardly. Pansy, Blaise and the other ones around started to giggle. "Now I know why you slept so well.", Pansy said. I just continued starring at my food when I heard someone entering the great hall. You can take a guess who it was. Right. Mattheo fucking Riddle entered the great hall. When I looked at him, I saw that he was clenching his jaw and looked at me. He was definitely upset. Everyone noticed that too. "Guess he didn't sleep well.", Lorenzo said. He walked up to my table, sitting next to Pansy. She started blushing. Girl, he's not here because of you. But anyways, I really tried to make some friends, so I gave her an 'omg'-look. She looked at me back the exact same way.  I noticed that Mattheo was starring at me the whole time. When I noticed I stared back. "How're you doing, mate?", Draco asked him.  Mattheo brake the stare and looked at Draco. "I'm fine.", he said annoyed. I started giggling very tight. "I probably suck a little too hard.", Mattheo said braking the silence looking directly on the hickey he gave me. Everyone on the table looked at me and started blushing really hard. I saw that Pansy started to tear up a bit. She stood up and left the table. God, she only knows him for one day. Draco looked at me and nodded. "What?", I asked. "Go and look for her!", Draco said in response. "What? Why?" "Because she's sad now?" "God, she's being dramatic.", I added before leaving the table to go look for her. "Apparate.", I whispered as soon as nobody saw me. It teleported me directly into Pansy's room. There she was, crying on her bed. "Hey Pans.", I said trying to be nicely. "What do you want?" Uhhm, right what did I want in her room. I have nothing to apologize for. I did nothing wrong. "Uhhm. I'm sorry?", I said. It sounded like it was a question. "Did you sleep with him?", Pansy asked. "What? No!", I answered. She smiled and hugged me. What the fuck. That was all. I was so shocked that it took only one word to kinda apologize. Wow. Anyways. When I looked at the clock which was in Pansy's, Paula's and Kate's room, I saw we only had ten minutes to class. By the way Paula and Kate are just some random Slytherins. When I was sorted they immediately wanted to know everything about me. And I mean everything.
Pansy grabbed her stuff and we headed both to the first class. We haven't had the same, though. I had Poitions I think. So I just headed to the classroom. Mattheo entered the room the same time as me. We had an awkward eye contact which break when Professor McGonagall started to speak. "Mrs Bennett. It's pleasure to meet you. Mr Riddle. Professor Dumbledore told me, that he wants to see the both of you in his office before you join our class." I nodded softly and walked out the room again to meet Professor Dumbledore. Mattheo was leaving too, but I just didn't want to walk with him after what he did at breakfast. I wasn't mad at all, but I wanted him to think that I was.
